Allogay/Allosbian pride flags!
The pink represents sex, as does the original pink stripe in the gay pride flag. The grey represents that gay people have complicated relationships with sex and sexuality without needing ace or magai labels. The white is a symbol of rejecting purity culture and embracing that gay sex is healthy, natural, and good even when it’s demonized by society. The purple is for lavenders and violets, and the green is for carnations. Feel free to use :)
Hey fellow aphobes reblog this on ur discourse blogs so I can follow
discourse gothic
you’ve seen this url before. have you seen this url before? you need to take a nap. all the chevrons are blurring together.
in your dreams, you are awakened repeatedly by several people with purple hair. “op is an aphobe,” they say. “yikes :/“
your last five reblogs are just homophobic posts followed by a chain of keysmashes. you think the discourse may have once involved discussion, but you’re not sure.
someone reblogs your post and attaches a gif of a white boy rolling his eyes. you do not try to respond. you have tried that too many times. you are always blocked.
your friend calls. it is her birthday. she offers you a slice of cake. you scream and curl up in a ball.
you have blacklisted “queer.” you try to hateread an inclusionist’s blog, but tumblr savior has hidden every single post. that can’t be right. you frown and hit “show anyway.” you regret it.
your mother wants to show you a funny comic from the sunday paper. you shudder and excuse yourself. comics as a medium have been ruined for you.
you spend 30 seconds making a text post about something that vaguely irritates you. at least three different people respond telling you to stop vagueing them. you write out long, apologetic explanations but then discover you cannot send them. you have been blocked. you eat a whole sleeve of crackers instead.
an irl friend says “lgbtqia.” you get blackout drunk.
you no longer attach any particular meaning to the words “assimilationist,” “radical,” or “reactionary.” you think maybe they should be banned. you try to make a text post about this but fall asleep on your keyboard halfway though. you are tired… so tired.
Aphobe Archive List
Since there doesn’t seem to be any others, I’ll make a list of aphobic blogs so other Asexuals can avoid them and their negativity. The tag to search on my blog is Aphobe Archive. Be safe out here, babs.
Should you stumble upon an aphobe, send me an ask or submission containing a screenshot or link to the display of aphobia. They will be added to the Archive tag.
It’s coming.
FINALLY I GET TO BE ON A BLOCK LIST
Op clearly didn’t learn from the first time round
Those who do not learn history are doomed to repeat it
op fetishizes gay men what did y’all expect really
Hi my name is Smol Bean Asexy Jay and I have a short undercut (that’s how I got my name) that’s poorly dyed purple and black tips that reaches my mid-chin and icy blue eyes like limpid tears and a lot of people tell me I look like asexual icon Sherlock Holmes (AN: if u don’t know who she is get da hell out of here!). I’m not related to David Jay but I wish I was because he’s a major fucking hottie. I’m a dragon but my teeth are straight and white. I have skin. I’m also a witch, and I go to a magic school called Hogwarts in England where I’m in the seventh year (I’m seventeen). I’m asexual heteromantic (in case you couldn’t tell) and I wear mostly purple. I love AVEN and I gather all of my knowledge abt the LGBT community from there. For example today I was wearing a ace pride shirt with matching lace around it and a purple leather miniskirt, white fishnets and toms. I was wearing purple lipstick, white foundation, black eyeliner and purple eye shadow. I was walking outside Hogwarts. It was snowing and raining so there was no sun, which I was very happy about. A lot of allos stared at me. I put up my middle finger at them.
Statements that are literally TERF rhetoric that I’ve seen inclusionists say
trans people were added in later in the LGBT movement
straight trans people can call themselves gay
trans men can call themselves lesbians
cis lgbp should quit using the word cis in cishet and cis aroace, even though by doing so, you’d implicitly be kicking out trans/nb people
aces have a greater right to LGBT spaces than trans people do, because asexuality is a sexuality and trans isn’t
defending TERFs from meanies who want them run over by a bus
trans people were added in later in the LGBT movement
straight trans people can call themselves gay, or how they can’t be straight
trans men can call themselves lesbians
us cis lgbp should quit using the word cis in cishet and cis aroace, implicitly kicking out trans/nb people, and also ignoring that straight trans people don’t oppress us cis lgbp
aces have a greater right to lgbt spaces than trans people do, because asexuality is a sexuality and trans isn’t
defending TERFs from meanies who want them run over by a bus
(context for above screenshot, so you can see for yourself that slimecourse was telling off a TERF)
exclusionists pointing out how SAM can be used in transphobic way (but if someone can actually find someone using the SAM in a transphobic way, go ahead and add on)
pitting lg vs. bt, erasing trans/nb gay and lesbian people
uninucleus call out (who I’ve heard still kept kept their popularity after it came to light they were a TERF)
Also, thank you to @fuckradfems for double-checking these screenshots, @discoursepsychic for suggesting a screenshot
cishet aces: “the lgbt community isnt an oppression contest chill out!!!” also cishet aces: “ok but i’m oppressed for being asexual and all of you have allosexual privilege so if anything I’M more lgbt than YOU!” (bonus points if they use the q word and/or “allogays”)
Made something just for yall!

*Does not apply to people who identify as stright but don’t experience romantic attraction of sexual attraction*
No ace is straight
No aro is straight
Every ace is lgbt+
Every aro is lgbt+
No ace is straight
No are is straight
Every ace is lgbt+
Every aro is lgbt+
*Does not apply to people who identify as stright but don’t experience romantic attraction of sexual attraction*
*does not apply to straight aces who are both ace and straight*
no ace is straight
im straight but i dont identify as straight because im ace and no ace is straight but im straight but i don
that uwu softboiace blog literally says he's a 'amab lesbian' which i mean...... like as a lesbian, that dont feel right
i assume they’re trans? that’s why they clarify “amab” ? maybe i’m wrong idk i’m just hoping they actually respect lesbians or something
nope, he actually says he’s ‘mostly a boy’
im not a lesbian but… I don’t trust like that
ace discourse is literally the stupidest thing this site has come up with, like. less than 20 years ago a horrible misogynistic homophobe articulated an identity based on saying nasty shit about his wife and started a forum for this. the definition of this identity was warped to include, among others: experiencing compulsory heterosexuality, being a bottom, or the state of not wanting to have sex with every person you see in the street, and now people are arguing that these identities are systematically oppressed and historically linked to being gay and trans. mayhaps you should think critically for five fucking seconds hm?
happy pride month id like to thank the universe for not making me straight
I thank the universe for making me ACE. I never had to sneak around my parents for boys/girls as a teenager. Adults thought I was an angel. :P
Wow it’s almost as if aces face no discrimination at all, whereas gay/trans people are murdered, beat up, and harassed for being gay/trans pretty much on a daily basis!
if youre a fucking cishet trans male you're not LGBT why is that so fucking hard for aces to understand
GALAXY BRAIN
I’m sorry
WHAT
We have reached peak discourse
with all this discussion about the aphobe list, I think it’s important to have some positivity for the people who didn’t manage to get on it
if you weren’t on the aphobe block list, you’re still valid!!
if you’ve never been on a block list or a callout post, you are still valid!!!
you’re doing your best and I’m proud of you whether or not you get recognized for it
asexuals arent oppressed but i vote that 2018 is the year we start oppressing them
why must you be like this
bc asexies cause me great distress every day, the cishet ones trying to weasel their way into my community, and i was making a joke. go read a book if that bothers u
normal, respectable people’s bios: dan. 17. he/they. dogs are cool. byf
some of y’all who wanna test my patience and understanding:
