sometimes you need to step back and look at how far youve come :)
What if being brave means accepting and loving my body just as it is?
Goals (always goals...)
1. Slow down. In work, in eating, in conversation, everything. 2. Mindfulness and mono-tasking. In work, in eating, in conversation, everything.
Morning Routine Advice
Reddit Thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/GetMotivated/comments/58szuv/discussion_what_is_your_morning_routine/
“I do the miracle morning:
10 minutes of prayer/meditation 10 minutes of reading something to learn, usually a self-help book 10 minutes of affirmations and visualization (visualizing my dreams coming to fruition) 10 minutes of journaling 20 - 30 minutes of exercise I do this every day 7 days a week. I've literally changed my life using this morning routine to start my day. I often tell people a productive morning leads to a productive day. You should check the book and website out it has a lot of insight into why you should do each step step. Wise question to ask I think you're looking for the right solutions, keep improving.”
“Wake up. Shit. Get out of bed. Open curtains. Take a shower. Eat breakfast. Take multivitamin. Brush teeth. Leave. The bold ones really get me up and ready for the day. Don't skip breakfast, and lighting up the room with sunlight really wakes me up.....” wait, you shit in bed? I hope the order of your routine is just mixed up. ...” Honestly thought nobody would see that. Thanks for the laugh. “People usually spent between 1.5-3.5 hours from the time they woke up to the time they leave for work.
I’ve been logging everything i eat for 10 years
And i realized- i want to stop.
My brain however has been trained to think that i can’t eat unless i log it so it is a bit weird and gives me a bit of a headache to think that i can eat without logging it on a food diary.
It sounds so freeing and i am so excited to break this habit! But also a bit nervous- what is eating like without over calculating and logging it?!
I have been “over” and “free from” my ED for almost 8 years now- but this is one of the final things i do that is part of my ED behavior and it just- i am finally ready to let it go.
I could cry.
Virgo Sun/Sagittarius Moon
Sagittarius Moon increases Virgo’s intelligence, lucidity, curiosity, optimism and thirst for knowledge. Like Virgos with Aries Moon, Virgos with Sagittarius Moon feel like they’re divided in half. They want to be adventurous, have new experiences and take risks but they are also afraid of the consquences their actions will bring. Due to the Sagittarius moon influence, they’re laid-back as Virgos, friendly, are fun to be around and make lots of jokes. They’re very independent and don’t care about what people say about them. Personal space and freedom mean a whole lot to them. Virgos with Sagittarius Moon are extremely honest, they don’t beat around the bush when it comes to telling the truth. The Sagittarius Moon influence may bring these Virgos’ irresponsible and lazy sides.
Possible careers: teacher, writer, politician, humanitarian, business man/woman
Famous Virgos with Sagittarius Moon: Freddie Mercury, Richard Gere, Charlie Sheen, Rose Mc Gowan, Mary Shelley

Think positive and your energy will be positive. Where energy grows, that thing grows.
“You’re looking for the explanation, the loophole, the bright twist in the dark tale that reverses your story’s course. But it won’t reverse - for me or for you or for anyone who has even been wronged, which is everyone. Allow your acceptance of the universality of suffering to be a transformative experience. You do that by simply looking at what pains you squarely in the face and then moving on. You don’t have to move fast or far. You can go just an inch. You can mark your progress breath by breath.”
— Cheryl Strayed

“The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own. No apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on, or blame. The gift is yours. It is an amazing journey, and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.”
