I stopped taking one of my medication I took for hand pain because those pills were huge and I literally chocked on them a couple of times. And I was taking something else for the pain (that I thought was working). So my reasoning was “I’m doing better, I should be able to stop taking them”. But ah I’m such a fool lol didn’t I stop to think that if I was doing better perhaps it was because of those pills? How could that not cross my mind?

And I felt even dumber because I had time to fix it. Like I stopped about a month ago, and the pain started this week, but about a week and a half-two weeks I noticed my hands were going claw-mode again. And did I think “perhaps I should return to the pills so they go back to normal before I start being in pain”? No. I just though: “oh yeah my hands do that sometimes.”

Anyway I feel so dumb because this was so preventable lol
