I really love sun guy, and I decided to finally express why properly— the game asks you to be repulsed of him, the jaundiced slob, but unlike the morally off-putting characters, his only failing is of his own self-care, so how could I?
Being stinky, being inconvenient to others, being useless, not maintaining our own health, being confused of the truth, having regrets, not making any sense at all, being a hypocrite, aren’t those all very human things? Even if you pile them all up, give him nothing but these traits, I'll still only see the same bad day we all have.
Once again, not much of a backstory on her other than she’s an astrophysicist. She sits in the same spot as blinded man, leper guy…etc etc. (I did this on purpose.)
She is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable about what is happening with the sun since she was one of the scientists assigned to study the sun itself. That was, before FEMA took control of everything relating to studying what is happening. She can be a bit stern, but that is simply how she is.
She very much dislikes conspiracy theorist and whoever else believes the other bullshit that is getting spewed out by delusional idiots. But, at the end of the day, she just wants peace for everyone and everything, and she can’t really blame others for wanting to accept anything but the truth. She understands it. She really does. She is also quite stressed and down most of the time, always asking for a coffee or cigarette, but she will take a beer from time to time.
The biggest downside to her is her existential dread. She is terrified of the future. What’s the point of even trying anymore if everything she does ends in a dead end? What’s the point of trying anymore if everything ends the same? But alas, what can she do about the future? Nothing, nothing at all. The future is the future, and she is slowly trying to accept that.
(P.S. she was incredibly inspired by Project Hail Mary. Same voice as Stratt in the movie! She is also inspired by Outer Wilds)

He was a boy “forced” (he left on his own but he wasn’t in the right state of mind) out of his home due to his extreme paranoia about the visitors and FEMA, this was an impulsive decision and he very much misses his home and hopes his family is okay. He is somewhat reckless and mindless about what he does and what can happen to him. (explains the stains on his face, chest, arm, and pants)
From an early age, he was always into more morbid things (and been exposed), which led into actual desires and dreams. Of course, he tried to not partake into said thoughts, but ever since the cataclysm, it’s getting harder and harder to keep those thoughts to himself. Basically intrusive thoughts, though, with enough pressuring and nagging, he will spill out how he feels. This will lead to him asking if he can watch protagonist/homeowner kill someone. (Options are allowing him to watch, shooting him, saying no, or threatening to kick him out)
He will always refuse a FEMA slip and always get upset at the armpit check, as he finds it to be an invasion of privacy and honestly perverted. (He expresses this and will get very upset) Dialogue options will change any outcomes with him. He can either stay or leave early.
He was always in and out of hospitals during his younger years due to mental and physical reasons. Mostly mental though since his parents noticed how secluded and isolated their son was becoming. In one stay at the hospital, he can recall a creepy looking guy. He found him weird. (He will mention this)
Mimi is a very jittery and scared person in general. During his eye check, his eye will be moving around very fast. He can’t keep still either, he’s always fidgeting or biting on something (this is shown during the hand check through small scars and bite marks). He clearly has things wrong with him, but he doesn’t talk about it. It’s obvious he no longer has any motivation to get up off the floor since he simply stays there and does absolutely nothing but sleep.
He covers his problems up with trying to be in a good mood btw so he will seem positive in dialogue options. If you are nice and positive back, he will get confused and wonder why you are so nice and ‘caring’ (it’s just normal human empathy)
He’s randomized when it comes to being a human or visitor, but if he is a visitor, he wouldn’t know (much like cashier girl).
His visitor signs are slow moving eyes with white sclera, white teeth with no gap, rash on hands, clean ears
Human signs are fast moving, slightly bloodshot eyes, slightly yellow teeth with bleeding gums and a tooth gap, scratches and bites on hands, hairy armpits (these stay the same for visitor ver.), clean ears (stays the same for visitor ver.)
I made him share a photo with gravedigger, but specifically his visitor version. His photos stay the same for each since they’re not a reliable source, same with the ears.
His favorite person is tourist.(Parental issues. He easily imprints on people who treat him okay. Same goes for widow, ex-minister, and ex-fema.)
