Yes, many of my women bosses have been like her. Women do like you to show up to work on time, meet deadlines, and do accurate work. Since I am a male. it is hard to maintain a woman’s strict standards. But my female bosses have always warned me and they have followed thru with their threats. At least this way I wasn’t fired and/or I didn’t get a cut in pay.

My mother did help me get my first job. She had a good friend that was looking for new employees so my mom’s friend did hire me. My boss was fully aware that my mom did spank me.
