#5 Leadership Credo

I can use my extrovert traits and emotions to get people to open up to me. This will motivate them to open up to me about their strengths and shortcomings, which will enable me to find professionals who can support me in making challenging decisions and advance their knowledge to a new level.

I want to develop my skills in learning and planning so that I can support and enhance the personalities of the people on my team and assist them to achieve objectives that will change their lives for the better.

By exerting a lot of effort and having the energy to finish my task precisely on time, I was able to achieve this feat on my own. In reaching my long-term objectives as a leader.

In to create a positive atmosphere in the project team, I use my steadiness and creativity to develop creative strategies and original team-building activities. This may lead to creating trust and speeding up the process, which can help the team achieve greatness and alter their perspective on life.

#4 High Performing Team

I've played sports since I was a young child. In high school, I started playing volleyball. When I was in eighth grade, everything began. I used to leave early from class to practice volleyball. My play grew quickly. Later, I was selected to join the team for my school. I used to follow my captain without fail. He used to lead and direct the entire team, and I used to be a good follower and always do what he said. We also received the national trophy as a result. I felt quite proud at the time.

I believe team efforts and leadership skills made our volleyball team a High Performing Team.

I was part of my team at that time and I used to obey my captain wholeheartedly and followed each and every instruction given by him.

Overall everything in the team was perfect. But I believe there was some coordination issue at that time, which could have been resolved.

I believe each situation can be handled easily by talking with the other person and listening carefully to them. Lastly, create a strategy to address each conflict.

In order to relax my teammates, I could have cracked some jokes and lightened up the situation if teammates are relaxed they perform really effectively and efficiently.

#3 Followership Commitment

For a number of reasons, followership is crucial in discussions about leadership. There cannot be leaders without followers. I believe that I am a good follower. I have repeatedly put myself in jeopardy for the benefit of the team. The team's risk was profitable most of the time. For myself, I exercise critical thought before acting. Winning as a team is important to me. Because we were all part of a team. Nobody can win by themselves. To win the match, each of us has to give everything we have. We all did this and won the tournament.

#2 My top 5 Leadership Strengths

So I believe that I have many leadership skills, but following are my top 5 skills.

Discipline and Time punctual.

Achiever

These are my personal power tools to differentiate myself and establish my leadership style.

Discipline and time punctuality is part of my day-to-day life. Discipline is one of my best traits to date, in my opinion. This is in my blood. My father and grandparents are both very disciplined people who instilled discipline in me from a young age.

Trustworthy: A Trustworthy person will treat you fairly. They won't be dishonest, steal, cheat, lose interest in something, or abandon you over insignificant issues. An important component of trust is showing up on time for meetings and appointments.

Honesty: Being utterly straightforward and always telling the truth are two characteristics of honesty. Being dependable, on time, and doing as you say you'll do are all examples of reliability.

Strategic: The strategic management process is occasionally mistakenly seen as a one-way flow of goals, plans, and criteria for making decisions from management to the workforce. Since it is intended to encourage input from imaginative, experienced, and knowledgeable people working at every level of the business, the process should really be quite participatory.

Achiever: I believe that achiever was one of my greatest assets since I enjoy meeting deadlines. Normally, I finish every task ahead of schedule

#1 Leadership Situation

This is my first Blog ever. I hope you will like it.

So it was the year 2018 and it was summer going on in India. I was selected as team leader of our volleyball team. It was my first time leading a whole team. I was a bit anxious at that time. But earlier, I always observed my team captain how to handle any stressful situations. I made a strategy and with help of my team, we won the first tournament. I was highly praised by my coaches. I believe that it was my discipline as well as focus that helped me a lot during the situation.

Moreover, I believe that I must be more patient about the situation. I easily get hyper about the situations and get panic, which is not appropriate for an effective leader.
