Eddie nodded, trying to remain as coherent as he could but these headaches, this inability to focus, to properly... think. As the extent of the damage so far finally clicked, Eddie's pupils shrank before he got another headache.
Do you know where you are?
"I-I..." The boy immediately got a headache as he tried to answer that, but he nodded yes. At least his memory wasn't damaged, at least not in any way he could recognize.
How're you doing, Ed?
"M-My... head..." Eddie felt his skull CRACKED and his frontal lobe felt almost non-existent, yet he was just barely conscious. "M-my... m-muh-mind..."

Eddie heard the voice and immediately went to look out the window.

The crowbar ended up doing more damage than the dogs than the bat ever could.
Jiro didn't stop until everything stopped moving. His breathing was ragged. Everything had come undone in a matter of a single afternoon
The dogs were down... the dogs were down.
Meanwhile Umbra approached Eddie's body, still fueled by rage.
Jiro also turned to Eddie, crowbar still in hand
Eddie tried to speak, but he couldn't find the words. His brain was throbbing, his mind felt fractured, and his forehead looked as if it was indented. Then Umbra kicked him in the face.
"That's for Dad 2." She whacks him in the head with her bat. "And THAT'S for Eiji."
Jiro collapsed into sitting on the floor. He ran his hand over his face, what the hell was he doing?
Umbra took a few deep breaths too before ultimately collapsing herself.

Eddie witnessed that and immediately ran to hide. "RADIOHEADS! K-9S!" He called, immediately catching the attention of his creations.
Jiro hit the door again. He stopped, getting better control over his temper, hands blazing, and took out the crowbar he'd brought with him
The robotic dogs and the Radiohead drones approached the door, anticipating Jiro.
Jiro bashed the door open as Nana swore he would, "EDWARD"
As soon as that door burst open, the dogs sprayed the toxin and the Radioheads BLASTED Jiro with a loud blare.
Jiro swung his weapon at the nearest Radiohead, blind with rage and hatred,
"EDWARD"
The first Radiohead was knocked onto the ground, but the others were still blasting noise in Jiro's ears while the K-9s ran in to try and maul him.
Jiro screamed as he went up, bashing and burning and ears bleeding
"EDWARD"
The K-9's were knocked down, but they kept getting back up to try and attack Jiro again.
Meanwhile, Eddie remained hidden... loading a gun and wearing a gas mask.
Jiro's arms fell off. He let out a garbles shriek of inhuman rage
Eddie heard the garbles, wondering if he could even kill Jiro. Surely his healing factor isn't that advanced. If he could just get a headshot, it would work.
Meanwhile Jiro was still being bombarded by near-deafening noise from the Radioheads, and the toxin and teeth of the K-9s.
Jiro collapsed, the fire went out. His skin started slowly knitting itself together
The noise stopped and the K-9’s just loomed over Jiro for a moment, and it was then that Eddie would finally approach Jiro.
Jiro hauled himself up to his knees like a jerky puppet. He kicked his nearest arm a little closer and sinews reached out for it
“I wanted to try and avoid this… but clearly I have no choice.” Eddie took aim. “Farewell.”
Jiro's eyes went wide with rage. He launched himself at Eddie from his crouched position with a scream of anger and pain, seeing as he was on fire again
Eddie backed up quick, firing at Jiro. The Radioheads and K9's were about to jump in, but they looked towards the open door.
Jiro's hand seized around Eddie's ankle hard enough to bruise. He laid unmoving on the floor, blood pooling under him
Eddie kept shooting at him. "RADIOHEADS! K-9S! WHAT ARE YOU-" Just as he was turning his attention towards his creations, Eddie saw what they saw.
"Hey Professor." Umbra spoke, armed with a baseball bat, barely any malice, and a burning desire to get payback for Thomas.
Eddie's pupils shrank. "Stop her, STOP HER!!!!" He commanded his creations.
"au-HA," Jiro took a direct hit to the head, "STOP"
The K-9s sprayed their gas, but before Umbra could get bombarded with sound she straight up whacks one of the Radioheads with her bat.
"LET GO!" Eddie yelled, trying to shake Jiro off once he ran out of bullets.
Jiro stayed firmly attached, absolutely freaking out at the fact that he did, in fact survive being shot in the head and was coming back together again very slowly. All of his efforts were being spent on NOT BEING ON FIRE
"JIRO, YOU AMOEBA! LET GO!"
Meanwhile, Umbra was trying to head straight for Eddie, anti-stand toxin and deafening noise be damned. However the remaining Radioheads and K-9s were in her way, so she was willing to go STRAIGHT through them.
Jiro didn't respond. Jiro was grasped by complete existential dread and was struggling to keep himself together. If Ed thought that through for a second, he'd be thanking him
Eddie realized that Jiro wasn't going to let go in the slightest, so he tried to run with Jiro still holding onto him.
Umbra just whacked a Radiohead, and one of the K-9's had just bitten her arm. In response, she just lodges her bat into it's neck, prompting it to let her go.
Jiro grabbed with his other arm as he was dragged a little. Jiro was a lot heftier than he looked with his baggy clothes
Just as another K-9 was about to jump at Umbra, she pulled her bat out of the neck of the one she lodged it in and whacked the one jumping at her. She then mercilessly based in the head of the last fully-functional Radiohead, leaving them roaming like headless chickens as their chests ticked.
Eddie fell. He was unable to run with Jiro, and it caused him to fall face first onto the ground. His glasses broke on impact.
Jiro lifted his head up, processing this. His hands caught a little
The boy freaked out when Jiro's hands caught a bit of fire, and he freaked out even more as Umbra started to run towards them. "K-9S!!"
The mechanical dogs chased after Umbra as she started to run closer to Eddie and Jiro.
Jiro held on for a lot longer than he should have, but he didn't want to let go. Until the fire actually started catching Ed's pants, at that point he let go
Eddie tried to get back on his feet. Once he managed to do so, he got whacked in the face by Umbra's bat before he could even run.
Jiro grabbed hold of Eddie again
Eddie fell right after he was whacked by Umbra and grabbed by Jiro. Though right before he could do anything else, Umbra kept hitting him with her bat as the K-9s got closer.
Jiro winced, the situation slowly starting to become clearer in his head, "stop."
Umbra was still bashing Eddie's head in, until the moment one of the K-9s surrounded all three of them.
Meanwhile in the background, the headless Radioheads were still ticking.
"STOP"
Umbra stopped for a moment, seeing the K-9s surrounding her. She was without a stand, and had her arm almost severely chomped off… but she didn’t mind having to possibly fight these dogs.
Meanwhile Eddie remains on the ground, his head HURTING, his glasses smashed, and blood on his face. “Heh… heh…”
Jiro flipped Eddie over, "where's Nana?"
“That’s… all?” Eddie asked.
Jiro looked ready to cry, "Hell you think I'm here for?"
“Apologies, I just didn’t think you… knew.”
Umbra remains on guard as the K-9s surrounded all three them:
"She fucking call-Where the fuck is she?"
Eddie cursed himself the moment he heard that Nana called. How in the HELL did he not notice that she had her phone. "...Locked up with a disabled stand."
"Where?"
"Oh like I'll tell you."
"Tell 'em."
"I wasn't talking to you-"
"I don't care. Only thing keeping me from knocking you out is the fact that the human torch here wants to get somebody outta here."
"DONT CALL ME THAT DON'T EVER FUCKING CALL ME THAT"
Umbra snarled for a moment before the headless Radioheads by the entranced stopped ticking and exploded. The blast radius wasn't large, but there was more than the smell of smoke in the air. Those drones had the anti-stand toxin in them too, and it was spreading.
"...About time." Eddie commented, annoyed that it even took so long for that to happen.
Jiro gave Eddie a good uppercut straight to the jaw
Eddie was knocked back, but now the surrounding K-9s gunned straight for Jiro and Umbra.
Jiro scrambled for his crowbar again and swung hard at Eddie's legs
Eddie fell, but now he was crawling away.

Eddie had his legs BROKEN by the time Jiro was done. He then laughed, clearly loosing it at this point. "You know what? Go ahead! Kill me like how we killed Eijiro, you miserable waste of grey matter!" He said, spitefully accepting the idea that he's not going to win here.
Though unfortunately for Eddie... Umbra heard that, and her pupils shrank.
"oh, I'm not killing you, Ed. You're not going anywhere. This is over."
"Oh no, this is FAR from-" Eddie then get's snatched up by Umbra as the K-9s lunged directly at her and Jiro. Though before he could even ask what she was doing... his head started to hurt.
Umbra was now using Eddie's head to attack the mechanical dogs, bashing the front of his skull against them whenever they got too close.

Umbra snarled for a moment before the headless Radioheads by the entranced stopped ticking and exploded. The blast radius wasn't large, but there was more than the smell of smoke in the air. Those drones had the anti-stand toxin in them too, and it was spreading.
"...About time." Eddie commented, annoyed that it even took so long for that to happen.
Jiro gave Eddie a good uppercut straight to the jaw
Eddie was knocked back, but now the surrounding K-9s gunned straight for Jiro and Umbra.

Though unfortunately for Eddie... Umbra heard that, and her pupils shrank.

Jiro screamed as he went up, bashing and burning and ears bleeding

Jiro hauled himself up to his knees like a jerky puppet. He kicked his nearest arm a little closer and sinews reached out for it
“I wanted to try and avoid this… but clearly I have no choice.” Eddie took aim. “Farewell.”

The K-9s sprayed their gas, but before Umbra could get bombarded with sound she straight up whacks one of the Radioheads with her bat.
"LET GO!" Eddie yelled, trying to shake Jiro off once he ran out of bullets.
Jiro stayed firmly attached, absolutely freaking out at the fact that he did, in fact survive being shot in the head and was coming back together again very slowly. All of his efforts were being spent on NOT BEING ON FIRE

Jiro grabbed with his other arm as he was dragged a little. Jiro was a lot heftier than he looked with his baggy clothes
Just as another K-9 was about to jump at Umbra, she pulled her bat out of the neck of the one she lodged it in and whacked the one jumping at her. She then mercilessly based in the head of the last fully-functional Radiohead, leaving them roaming like headless chickens as their chests ticked.
Eddie fell. He was unable to run with Jiro, and it caused him to fall face first onto the ground. His glasses broke on impact.
Jiro lifted his head up, processing this. His hands caught a little

Just as another K-9 was about to jump at Umbra, she pulled her bat out of the neck of the one she lodged it in and whacked the one jumping at her. She then mercilessly based in the head of the last fully-functional Radiohead, leaving them roaming like headless chickens as their chests ticked.
