Honestly I think Tim Drake deserves way more recognition as Robin not only for being the only person other than Bruce that Ra's Al Ghul calls detective or for being canonically the best bo staff user in the dcu, but for giving Robin fucking pants. Can you imagine demon spawn Damian running around Gotham with a katana in his hand, murder in his eyes and fucking booty shorts.

Gala season at Wayne Manor

At first Jason couldn’t tell what was so wrong about what was happening, Bruce had brought him, Dick and Tim back to living in the manor, for a few weeks he said, a new villain he said.

Then all the boys got their measurements updated, the uniforms need updating he said, “Oh dear boys, still growing I see.” Alfred said.

Then a weirdly big number of workers started frequenting the manor.

Alfred: Oh master Jason don’t be so paranoid, we only need to spruce up these dusty old halls.

Tim: So what you guys think got B so worried all of the sudden, can’t find anything on the database, seems pretty secretive…even for him.

Jason: I don’t know, but isn’t it weird how we haven’t heard of this new villain yet? You’d think the asshole would make a grand entrance.

Dick: Don’t be so paranoid Jason, you know dad wouldn’t dance around the issue….

In horror all pieces fell into place, wings of the manor being open, things being “spruced up” and the new tuxedos all the boys got.

Jason: We need to leave NOW.

*Bruce slow clapping in the background*

Bruce: So you’ve finally figured it out, it is gala season and we are going to be a happy family. Also don’t bother trying to escape, Damian had to learn the hard way…

Alfred enters the room with Damian trapped Hannibal style in a tux.

Damian: DON’T SAVE YOURSELVES TAKE ME WITH YOU.

I GIVE YOU a totally real list of viral photos of Battinson with his newly adopted son, Dick Grayson, that took Gotham by storm

Bruce crossing the street with a rosy-cheeked Dick Grayson dutifully holding his hand, Dick somehow found the camera and is waving to it excitedly (this is the first ever photo of them together)

Dick balanced perfectly at the top (and I mean on top) of a jungle gym while Bruce looks stressed out of his mind, pleading for Dick to get down before he hurts himself

For as much as the Waynes are part of wacky news stories I feel like there's just as many fluff pieces written about them.

The Gotham Gazette does a story on the newly remodeled trains funded for by WE. And the picture for the article is Tim and Bruce riding the train; Tim asleep on Bruce's shoulder; Bruce holding a finger up to his lips asking the reporter not to wake his son.

Talk show host interviewing Bruce and Dick in the newly opened trampoline park that Bruce had built as a gift for Dick's birthday. Dick doing every available flip and trick imaginable in the background while Bruce tells the interview about how he plans to have the trampoline park available for free to impoverished kids and teenagers so they have a safe place to play.

Tabloids spotting Bruce taking all his kids to see the new baby elephant at the zoo. Damian is perched on top of Jason's shoulders so he can see over the crowd.

Stuff like that. Brucie loves his kids and Gotham knows it
