Hey. Hey. If you're plural you're valid. Point blank period. No buts. It does not matter how or why, it does not matter what others says, if you say you're Plural you are Plural and valid. I love you. Keep living.
No two systems have to be the same or WILL be the same. Plurality is a huge spectrum like many other things and will forever be beautiful no matter how it is experienced.
★ There is NO Correct Way To Be A System
No matter how you're a system, or what you do as a system, there is no one correct way to be a system. Ramble about your alters, list all of your fictives and display your system members if that makes you happy. No one can dictate what is and isn't the correct way of being a system.
★ All Origins are VALID
No matter how your system or alters formed, you are valid. You split from trauma? Your trauma is valid and you will be able to work through it. You willed your system? That's awesome! Happy you choose that. You split from stress? It'll be okay. No matter how your system formed, it'll be valid no matter what. We can not stress this enough that all plurality is beautiful and valid! And it's important to acknowledge this no matter how you became a system.
every day someone can find and/or discover plural joy is a great day indeed. if you are plural and unable to find it, please know that you are absolutely deserving of having it.
A lot of us are very into the concept of making music. So would you guys listen if we make a song or album specifically and outwardly about plurality? We're going to do it anyways but I just want motivation
there is so much to learn about plurality, and so much to learn about this beautiful world in general. please never give up hope, there is light and joy to be had even in the darkest of times.
Hey, just so you know, not all traumagenic systems will meet the specific criteria required to be diagnosed with DID or OSDD, but that does not mean that they aren’t valid traumagenic systems.
Just because your exact experience isn’t in the DSM-5 does not mean that it doesn’t exist. Your trauma is real, and your system is valid.
