Hello everyone! Since activity has been slow, I decided to set the app count limit to 10 apps to open instead of 12. Once I receive 10 apps, I will be able to set a date.

You were once Themis, titan of divine law and order. You gave mankind morals, and a sense of civility. Humans who had no law were now blessed for a government that tried to protect people. You could not be gotten rid of, yet you too faded within the darkness. Now, you are a lawyer and a good one. Never have you lost a case, which seems odd to you in cases where you thought you would. The wins came almost eerily easy, as if the jury were in a trance when you spoke. But you could never truly choose a side. You saw it both ways all the time, and your family tells you to become a judge but you secretly enjoy the thrill of sending someone to jail especially when the deserve it. You’re always calculated and cunning, yet you’ve been distracted by [LELANTOS]. He sweeps between your eyes like a breeze, but yet you can never understand your sudden need to see him. It doesn’t help that [THANATOS] has been reappearing in your mind. You chalk it up to guilt for not keeping contact after you both went to your medical and law schools, but this seems different. You know what he is doing to help his patients, and you know every aspect of his new life. When you speak, he responds, confused as to why he’s in court. Perhaps it was the line you took a minute before, but you have a strong feeling something is about to happen that can ruin all of your hard work. Question is, is it worth it?

You were once Theia, a prophetic Titan of sight and shining life. You were the reason the sky shone so bright, and your touch was never destructive. You were not a damaging lightning bolt but the comfort of a bright blue sky. Now, you own your own little bright light in the form of the Four Seasons Hotel. Managing is something you were born to do, and claiming a lavish hotel line as your own was your greatest accomplishment. Still, you were noticing the men in your hotel, noticing how disrespectful they were to their women who simply needed to make money. Your mother always did say you had a hero complex when you took it in your own hands to help these men and women. Thus, Le Ciel was born, an underground variation of paradise. You made sure to screen for only the most respectful clients, and made it your job to make sure that the employees got every penny they deserved. You work well as a Madame, it simply makes sense. [LETO] and you grew a friendship, but both of you were noticing something strange. The same dreams, almost every night, must’ve meant something. Even more so, there’s an eerie feeling every time [LELANTOS] frequents the hotel. You can’t understand the strangeness you feel, but you’re determined to keep the light in your life, refusing to let anyone ruin it.

You were once Thanatos, Titan of non-violent death. Your touch was gentle, and your death was like sleep. You loved the people and you never wanted such violence to run amuck but you were also a realist. Never to fight, you stood your ground and when almost all of the other titans were sent to Tartarus, Zeus spared you but you looked after them and suffered whatever came at you. Now, you are a doctor and if anyone knew what you did, they’d fire you. You help those who are suffering, those who wish to transcend this Earth, and those who will never have a chance. What many don’t know, is that doctors will starve coma patients to death so why is Euthanasia seen as cruel? Their lives are always treated with respect, and you almost ache with each patient and are relieved when their pain ends. It’s strange, when you stroke their foreheads you can feel them leave this Earth, as if their soul was leaving and you could feel it on your fingertips. You and [THEMIS] were friends for so long, but the both of you do not know what to make of each other anymore. It doesn’t help the fact that you still see them, still interact with them on a daily basis. Many a time you wished to call them on the phone-but you hesitate. Was this real? How could you know? You dream of [ATLAS], a woman who continues to carry the world on her shoulders, a woman who is more cruel than you and you wonder why you would be presented with someone so violent. Perhaps it is guilt, but when you see her face in passing, you conclude that you may be ill. After all, why did you always feel like a ghost whenever you saw her?
Hello everyone! On Sunday, all of the skeletons will be officially posted! Therefore, Divine Word will be officially taking applications! However, if you’re already working on an app and would like to send it in now, that’s fine too! As a reminder, I will set an opening date once I get 12 applications but I want to say that Divine Word should open by November 5th. Now you, you are a special one. You were Tartarus, you entrapped the Titans and anyone else who were deemed horrible enough. You saw much, yet no one knew that you were alive. Your land was for the damned, you were not a Titan but that did not stop you from coming back. You saw each Titan fade away with time but could not respond. That is, until you woke up one day, in a bed and a body. You are Tartarus, but you go by [NAME] to not cause any suspicions. You know the Titans are beginning to remember who they once were, but you cannot allow it. For once, you have the freedom to be a being that could interact, not a miserable embodiment that school kids learned about to fear. Yes, your presence is unsettling but Club Venus is a good home for you. There, you have a throne and are treated with respect as the owner. [ATLAS] thinks you have no idea about the cartel she has taken over when the previous owner died, but of course you see it all. You see all of them in both your dreams and physically, so you must keep them from remembering. [MNEMOSYNE] fights you on this, but it’s easy for her. She has always had a body, you are just beginning to love this human life of yours. If they all figure out who they are, you fear you will return to being a gaping black hole that sucked in negativity and hell fire. They cannot remember, but you still enjoy the torment, you know that your presence is one of unease, so for once you get to be as selfish as any other Titan or God chooses to be. Be careful, you could die just as easily as you could live since after all, you’re only human.

You were once Tethys, Titan of fresh water that nourishes the earth. You were the mother of the rivers, and you allowed beings to flourish upon the earth Gaia created. You were nurturing but easily could be dangerous if you so chose. Now, you are a child psychologist/psychiatrist with a bad habit of becoming too attached. You can’t save every child, and every loss is a personal attack on yourself since you believe you have failed. That’s the problem isn’t it? Children are easy to love, and yet you were taught to be clinical, to be empathetic yet keep a boundary. How would they know that you cared about them if you were like this? They told you you’d have to be mentally sound to work in this field as well- but you are good at faking that. No one knows of your lifelong friendship with your imaginary friend, [PALLAS]. You found him appear one day while daydreaming by the river, watching the waves move up and down with your own eyes. The thing you knew he was everywhere you were if you wanted him to show up. You think he’s there due to your daydreaming habits but have no idea how real he is. He tells you to toughen up, to be assertive with your bosses and to boost confidence and in return, you tell him to be softer, to allow himself to heal after serving in the navy. You aren’t exactly sure how you came up with that, nor why you would want to, but the imagination is out of your hands and you can only watch him in his own element. You aren’t naive, you’ve seen horrors that your mind created when [PALLAS] would be in war, yet you don’t want to face reality. It’s easier to stay by the water and feel the powerful connection towards it, and you’re certain that when you move your hands, the waves raise in motion. You can try and fix other people and their problems, but reflecting back on your own childhood trauma makes you shut down. Guess it’s true what they say, even the shrinks need shrinks.

Once upon a time, you were Selene. Titan of the moon, you harnessed the glory that came along with it. Your darkness was soft and comforting, the light you shone was far safer than your arrogant brother’s. Now you are a scientist, bestowed with the title of being the first ones to discover the Breathalyzer that can detect several diseases. You took in the glory and the fame, but your heart is still connected to the moon. As a child you watched the many phases, you hoped and prayed that NASA would accept your application, and when they did you knew you wanted to touch the moon. But just before you were supposed to go, the engines failed and the cabin filled with smoke. Now when you see the moon, all you can see is how you almost died. But that hasn’t stopped your research, and you cannot understand why. Your mentee [GAIA] appears to you in places you wouldn’t think possible. She’s in your home, your car, your lab. And sometimes, you’re in her floristry even if you thought you were back at the desk a second ago, or you’ll appear to her during her classes. You both cannot figure out why, it seems impossible but you’re determined to find a scientific explanation. You have dreams of [HELIOS] wondering why you have such a strong connection to someone you never met before. The nightmares of you losing your control for some man make you gasp awake every night, struggling to fall back to sleep. You are highly respected in your division, you cannot let silly dreams deter you from your research. And yet, when the moon is at its fullest do you wonder, Why do I still need to run away to you?

You were once Pallas, Titan of battle and warcraft. Before there was Athena, there was you, commanding troops and winning wars easily. You were practical, sophisticated, and calm. Athena demolished you and you were forced to reside in Tartarus, watching the idiotic Ares and robotic Athena attempt to strategize a war. It was never that easy, you would know first hand. Now, you are Lieutenant Commander of the U.S. Navy, and you are expected to be tough and collected with nothing breaking your stoic facade. However, you feel pathetic for relying on an imaginary friend at your age. [TETHYS] appeared once in a dream and the next day, you believed you imagined her into your real life. She was distinct, someone you can’t believe you could imagine but then again, you never thought you would be joining the Navy either. You were always good at running away, running from problems, girls, parents. It’s not like you wanted to run away from them either, but upon learning you were actually kidnapped by the people you called your mother and father was enough to make you realize you needed to make your final escape. You searched for your birth parents, yet they were hard to track down and after awhile, [TETHYS] urged you to find stability and kindness in your heart. You were reluctant to join, but it simply made sense. What else were you supposed to do with your life? You were good at the job, it made sense why you earned such a rank even if you were young. You never lost a battle, your plans were always perfect and the thumping in your veins increases while you are working. Everyday, you and [TETHYS] agree you both are becoming more and more real to each other, but you’re terrified to discover just how messed up you really are. She always did recommend therapy, but you always did run away. It’s only a matter of time before you run away from your stability as well.
