"That is a good question. I guess I like to believe that bad deeds don't go unpunished, but that good ones get rewarded. So maybe I do believe in it!" He finally said, chuckling at his own conclusion.
"That's great." He laughed. "I'm not yours either. We both have too many fine prints." It was said lightly. Some people just made better work patterns or friends than lovers for you; wasn't anything wrong with that. Caleb smiled warmly at the brief moment that passed between them, the twins weren't much younger than him, but in his head, he still thought they were good kids. "As long as you're having fund, the order doesn't matter." He replied, grinning. "I must say, your kiss has been the talk of all kids seeing my cast." He was laughing again. It wasn't reaching his eyes, but he was clearly amused.
It was funny to hear that Caleb believed in Karma. Vanja didn't. Vanja couldn't. Because they had committed plenty of bad deeds and so far had not been punished yet. Something they hoped would continue. So the enforcer just nodded their head not adding their perspective.
Vanja grinned when Caleb said that he wasn't Vanja's type either. But the fine print was true. They were not compatible and that was probably a good thing. Vanja had enough going on in that department. They nodded looking down at their shoes and then back up to the sky, becoming a little fidgety, "I'm always having fun." Even when they had to make their own. They glanced down at Caleb's cast and reaching out touched the mark they'd left on the cast as a lark. "I'm glad." A small silence opened up between them before Vanja said, "Don't work too hard today."
