What would Ilana's robot form and Lance's armor look like in the swap au? Since Hobbs was Ilana's personal bodyguard and taught her how to use her armor in canon, would his relationship to Lance be similar? How would Lance feel knowing that his father is evil? Given that he has some of Ilana's optimism, is there a part of him that wants to believe that his father could be redeemed?
Sorry this took so long for me to answer, was hella busy last month. I think their robot colors would still be the same (Lance purple, Ilana yellow, Octus Blue), but their build would look mostly diffrent.
As for Hobbs I feel like yes he would have a somewhat similar relationship, but with everyone being swapped he might not have one, or at the very least be replaced with another person.
I think if Lance found out his father was evil he would be heavily distraught. I can see him grieving over his father being a villain, similar to how Ilana grieves Galaluna in the show. I think in a way he wanted to stay, but couldnt because his father could have killed him or worse manipulated him into giving him the throne.
