The day before my flight my boss told me "You know things in Puerto Rico are pretty bad, if you change your mind & decide not to go nobody will hold it against you. Your hotel has canceled on us, your return flight has been canceled & the next one available is almost a month out." I told him I was still okay with going so he said" talk to your wife & make sure she's okay with it. " My wife's response was that she was worried (as was I) but it would be selfish to put ourselves first if we could potentially help the thousands of people (or more) that are starving & need help.
