“Cassian said I love you through his actions not words”
But he was fine using his words to tell Nesta everyone hates her. Loud and clear at that

At this point it’s not even about not having a portrait of Nesta. It’s about having a portrait of that man.
Imagine going to your sisters and seeing a portrait of the man who was complicit in your physical abuse/grooming, gambled away all your family’s money on bad investments and lost everything you ever owned, neglected you and your siblings for years while in poverty, then once you got all your family’s money back he immediately leaves for another continent only to return to gruesomely die by having his neck snapped in front of you.
And you wonder why she doesn’t want to go over for family dinner
what really gets me is that the IC literally state they're using Elain to manipulate Nesta into doing what they want her to do and then feyre patronizes Nesta and says they had no choice and then ELAIN takes her frustration out on NESTA like Nesta isn't the victim of the whole situation??? like what
just saying if Nesta was so mentally unfit to live on her own or have any autonomy then she was unfit to consent to having sex with cassian
Only Nesta would be willing to sacrifice her life to save Cassian from Lanthys...only to then be willing to sacrifice her life to save Gwyn and Emerie during the Blood Rite...only to then be willing to sacrifice her life to keep Briallyn from getting her hands on the Dread Trove...only to then sacrifice her power to save Feysand's lives...only to end her book saying that she doesn't deserve love and will work to further "earn" it every day.
And these are just her sacrifices in ACOSF. I didn't include all the sacrifices she's made throughout this entire series.
The only character who self-sacrifices as much as Nesta is Rhysand, but when he does it, it's too much, and he deserves a lifetime of love and happiness. But when Nesta self-sacrifices, it's never enough, and she doesn't deserve love and happiness, and she needs to continue sacrificing in an effort to "earn" it.
Tell me why would Nesta ever give Gwydion to somebody else. That sword was GIFTED to her by a now friend.
She received this sword because of the ✴️ that was tattooed on her back. A symbol that obviously is connected to both Bryce AND Nesta.
She also received this sword because she made the choice to give HER OWN WEAPON in order to let Bryce save her own world. Had it not been for Nesta, the Asteri would have conquered both worlds.
Nesta is connected to the ✴️ not her sisters not her mate not her friends but NESTA.
Emerie truly is truly the Acotar character I’m am most interested to keep reading about. I want to see her as life as the first Illyrian woman to become Carynthian. I want to see her as a leader to the Valkyries. I want to see her become the Illyrian warrior with the most siphons. I want to see her fly on her Pegasus. I want to see her find the love she reads about in her Sellyn Drake novels. I want to see her at sleepovers having fun with her best friends. I want to see how she inspires the women and young girls of Illyria.
Emerie is such an important character. Im begging that she gets the storyline she deserves. and she deserves the absolute best.
For @emerieweekofficial
Day 1 Entrepreneur.
Emerie is so much more than a warrior, she is a survivor, she is an entrepreneur. The first Illyrian female to own a shop and run it in a successful way. It is important to celebrate Emerie for the boundaries she pushes and the stereotypes she ends .

A very happy birthday to our Taurus queen, Nesta Archeron! 👑 I'm sure she'd spend it with her besties and chosen sisters, Emerie and Gwyn! And I just know that the House would give them all the smuttiest books to read and all the chocolate cake to eat.
A very big thank you to @/michi.illustrations for working with me on this gorgeous commission to celebrate! Do not repost without credit and do not feed into AI programs.

@freyjas-musings and I are SO EXCITED that we were able to commission this beautiful artwork!
Our headcanon is that Bryce drops by to leave a fully charged phone for Nesta; and Nesta puts it to good use by taking selfies of her and her chosen sisters…it’s their favorite hobby….posing and taking pics ❤️

Papa Archeron receives a lot of hate, and rightly so, for letting Feyre hunt, but he needs to receive far more hate then he does for turning a blind eye to Nesta's abuse for years. He either didn't notice or didn't care to notice his young daughter coming home with bruises. As someone who's been abused while a parent looked the other direction, I totally understand Nesta's hatred of the man and it's 100% justifiable. SJM twisting the narrative to make it seem like Papa Archeron - this man who did nothing to protect Nesta from abuse, who was willing to let his daughters starve to death, who let Feyre hunt - is a heroic and loving father, while making Nesta - the daughter who was abused for years - into the wicked, hateful daughter who doesn't deserve his love is just despicable. Every child deserves a better father than Papa Archeron.
What would have made more sense is if Feyre and Nesta had to come to terms with the fact that their father did nothing to protect them their entire lives, but yet somehow did love them...at least enough to help them in the war.
At least Feyre, despite all she's been through, knows she's worthy of love and knows what kind of love she deserves. Nesta still thinks she doesn't deserve her useless father's crappy version of "love" and that she needs to endeavor to be worthy of it, which shows me that she's barely begun the healing process. Only someone who's been abused can think so lowly of themselves. Hopefully with Nesta meeting and bonding with Ember, she'll come to the realization that she is worthy of love, that she is worthy of someone standing up for her, defending her, and protecting her.
No way people are upset over how Nesta treated her father.
That man watched Nesta be beaten and abused by his wife and mother in law for years and did nothing. You will never make me feel bad for that man.
If you want to equate the house of wind to rehab then you have to recognize the fact that Cassian was taking advantage of Nesta.
If the house of wind is rehab then Cassian is a rehabilitation counselor who had sex with a patient.
A rehabilitation counselor being intimate with a patient is sexual misconduct.
So no..saying that the house of wind was rehab does not justify what they did to Nesta
