DOLCE VITA KNIVES

Inspired by childhood memories in rural Emiglia-Romagna, Italy, I hand make knives meant for bridging the gap between indoor and outdoor kitchens. I refer to these as 'rustic task knives'. -Gian Gabriel

You can't see the foundry in the back but I promise it's massive. Took the time to treat myself and make this small #edc knife that'll have a low profile for belt or neck concealment. Blade has a subtle spear and reaching drop point. Purposely a bit rustic with a dark acid finish stone washed. My favorite part is that when all was said and done the olive burl came down in tone to look like a #woodland #camo. The wood was mostly left raw and stabilized. Truly one of my favorite woods and locally sourced.
