d’angelo russell: underrated, seriously. people give him crap whether for the nick young incident or how he became an all-star bc oladipo got injured. an all-star is an all-star, just to be considered one is huge, even in the less competitive east. great player, really talented. he just rains threes all day and finds ways to get to the rim. he’s crafty and does well in passing. his rainbow shots are really cool and kind of reminds me of steph’s game. the thing i really like about him is that he seems genuine and is trying to find ways to improve himself. he’s not stuck on one style of play, even though the warriors play different than what he’s used to, he’s stated numerous of times that he welcomes adjusting to different styles of play. but both myers and kerr have said they want to try the pnrs to maximize both dlo & wcs so, i cant wait to see how it goes! i know he will blossom in the warriors organization i want him to be a warrior for a long time 🥺 he has so much potential & i know we havent seen all of it quite yet! playing next to steph, dray, eventually klay, will really unlock his game to a whole new level! i really like him obviously and its fun to watch him, and i get to see him play for my favorite team— a treat for me!

russell westbrook: i’m not a big russell westbrook fan to say the least. again, i acknowledge he’s very good, one of the top players in the league, but... i dont know, just never was a fan. i think his whole attitude toward kd leaving thing just rubbed me the wrong way, and i dont know, he’s a bit like harden or well, like harden, where i dont like their game. but! i’m not saying their game is wrong or whatever, i acknowledge again their game is very good & they can keep doing it, i’m just not a fan of it. i’m curious to see how he does in houston besides harden. i read that he says he will do what it takes to win a championship even if it means stepping back, so i’m curious if he’ll do that.

Nets

brooklyn nets: i like the nets! (i mean dlo was on the team so i liked them instantly) + plus they agreed to do the sign & trade - thx kd & nets besides that! they’re a good team, i think they were very underrated last year. dlo did a good job carrying them to the playoffs and even got a win against philly in the first round. i’m a bit wary of how well they’ll be this year minus kd, if kyrie can make up for his mistakes in boston, possibly? 🤷🏻‍♀️ also, i loved their bench & that bench reaction meme that went around on twitter, one of my favorite memes. i mean nets had a really good offseason w/ the signings. i’ll definitely will continue to follow the team in the future once kd comes back.

Lakers and Clippers

la lakers: sorry, i’m weird but right now i dislike them bc i dont like lebron. but! besides the point, i’m not sure on how that AD & lebron duo will work? c’mon, people already saying AD is the greatest teammate lebron has had is sleeping on d’wade man. i thought lakers were going to make playoffs when lebron joined last year but.. i guess the supporting cast wasnt up to par. i mean their supporting cast is slightly upgraded? sure, maybe kuzma will do something besides put on lebron’s chain or push him to play defense. i think the really good signing was danny green who can be a good offense as well as defense help. not sure about the others, but we’ll see. my cousin is a lakers fan, and i have massive respect for kobe and shaq.. hm, some fans annoy me but its mostly bc their lebron fans so.

la clippers: oo, i’m going to say this, this is a really deep team. the clippers were able to push my warriors (fully healthy minus cousins) to a game 6. now they’ve kept those players minus gallinari and landry-shamet but got back paul george and kawhi leonard? trouble for sure. now there’s obvious questions on if kawhi and george + the rest of team including coach doc will fit but regardless they’ll be good. the superior LA team tbh. and i’m not just saying that bc i dislike lebron haha. they’ll be really good & i’m hoping lol my warriors will win on opening night against them 🤪

raptors, rockets, bucks ✨

hehe, oh boy, this should be fun.

toronto raptors: a good team, props to them for playing the team before them in finals. they got a good cast of players (with or without kawhi). i like them. i like the players, kyle lowry is cool, serge ibaka, norman powell, marc gasol. they’re an A++ organization. masai ujiri is a good GM. coach nurse did well on his first year as head coach, i mean got a championship, haha. i really appreciated the players telling the crowd to stop cheering when kd went down, mad respect to them for that. sorry, this seems so dry, but i like them.

houston rockets: yikes honest opinion here we go… i dont like them. i dont have too many teams or players i dislike but this team happens to have a player i heavily dislike and the team with probably one of the worst fans. sorry, i’m not a harden fan. let me say this first, i appreciate his game and consider him a top 10 player, but for myself, i dont like him. beating this team for the third straight time + without kd was pure bliss. i still watch highlights of that game 6 to this day. stephen curry is literally the father of this team. also, let’s not forget how the official twitter page bluntly said that giannis didnt deserve mvp over harden + we got harden saying giannis got mvp bc of media narratives. sick, sorry. let’s also talk about how steph curry dropped 33 pts on his ass too. so, i dont like this team. at all. sorry, capela, rivers, eric gordon, pj tucker (i like them dw). if they get a chance of championship, i’m going to throw up. they’re literally the anti-warriors to me tbh, harden and his flopping ass. oops this got long

milwaukee bucks: i wanted a giannis vs kd matchup man, ngl!! was cheering them during ecfs!!! i love giannis!!! giannis to the bay 2020 just kidding but am i !! i like this team! if my warriors dont make it to finals, i want the bucks!! anyway, they’re a very talented team! they have a really good coach too. i love the players on this team and i like watching them play. i wanted them to play against the warriors in the finals but i know their loss in ecfs should fuel that championship fire, so i’m looking forward to see how they come back from that loss.

golden state warriors: whoo boy, this is my team. in all honesty, i’ve watched basketball throughout my life, but i don’t think i’ve ever rooted for a team as much as i do with the warriors. i love the team’s dynamic, the selfless plays, and the “we before me” mentality each member displays. i love steph, klay, draymond, i love our previous warriors and i’m looking forward to the future with our new squad. doesn’t mean, i’m all sunshine and rainbows with this team. they always give me quite a scare when they go down in the first half then  catch up the next. the turnovers give me headaches, but, hey, i genuinely love and support this team 100% and always will.
