My list of quotes for Whipping Girl so far is half a mile long. I do find it interesting that Serano's critique of gender as described by social constructivists does rather deftly expose that a lot of them thought/still think sex is immutable. E.g., "gender as performance but still linked to something inherent like genitals" (it is always genitals).
