Tumblr made one huge mess with my blogs in this account due to glitches and bugs, the content of this blog is now at:
@dmcfsstory
My main blog is now: @mariana-souza
Only two this time and no more organizing stuff through tags, I will have to find another way that Tumblr doesn't go crazy at me. Everything from here will be reposted there, every like and mainly reblogs is highly appreciated again! ❤
One page again because I’m still feeling insecure with Tumblr’s tag bug... and I also have commissions to do.
yeeeeee! Nero’s going to have a have time with those little shits as you can see... Can you find th easter egg about them on this page? And yes, they are human sized.
tag testing again... This page is 100% digital. I used this page to test a new screen drawing tablet I want to buy from a colleague from work. Noticed any difference on the lineart?
Also, do you know who is the thing Nero is talking on the flashback?
One page again... there was still some leftlovers to do from the moving, sorry ^^;
Like I said before, this comic is a direct continuation of DMC5, it’s just been some weeks since the Qlipoth event. And no, Nero is not down because of the events from DCM5 is a total different thing.
Fix my italian if I misspelled orphanage, please
Something I should had done since teaser part 1, I just had no ideia how, since Tumblr doesn't have a "click to show" or a "blur" option to hide images like in Deviantart... and I wasn't aware of tag blocking back there.
This comic is heavily focused on the psychological side of the characters, so, there's lots of triggering scenes (ptsd, depression, anxiety, etc).
I will use the following tags for when some scene comes up, you are free to block them:
#trigger warning (every triggering scene will have this one, if you don't want to see any ptsd, depression, anxiety, etc related scene simply block this one)
#light trigger (just mentions or normal conversations, the things on the scene are under control, ex: Dante and Kyrie's conversation at teaser part 2)
#moderated trigger (things on the scene are heating up and there will be lots of tears, ex: Nero and Vergil's conversation at teaser part 1)
#heavy trigger (the things on the scene are out of the control, you've been warned! DON'T BLOCK AT YOUR OWN RISK.)
And of course, there's violence:
#blood warning (every time when someone get hurt will have this one)
#light blood (something like, just a normal human fight? the usual stabbing of the franchise, stuff like that)
#moderated blood (the stabbing went a bit too far and someone probably or almost lost a body member or organ)
#heavy blood (there's no explicit gore on this comic, but scenes that shows it indirectly and probably a bit of light gore)
These tags also includes fights against demons. There's not just blood during fights, for example: there's also when someone gets heavily/magically wounded and Victor will have to treat the wound, these tags also applies to those situations.
Block those tags or not is up to you, but you have been warned.
If you reblog some page with those tags, re-use them, please!
Yeeeeeeeeeeeeee!! Meet Shooting Star Man! He purposely looks like vergil, before you ask something about it. I seriously would like to know your theory about him!
I’ve always found Nero’s speech odd during that scene, so I came up with this for Forgotten Sins :v
Damn... I need to train more how to draw Trish and Lady XD
Only one page again because I’m busy with moving, sorry. Probably next weekend we’ll have only one again.
AAAANDDD!! IT BEGINS! (also now originally posting from the comic only account)
Thank you so much everyone that’s been following this project since the teaser! 💕 Now the true story begins! I hope you like it as much as I’m liking to do it! 😘
For who is new here, this comic is a direct continuation of Devil May Cry 5. I will go full canon here, also this story is made of my headcanons about the series and as well new lore elements that I created myself.
This page is being post outside the usual time(every Sunday… Monday for some people), because of the Dagil week that will start this Sunday already. For I don’t mix the subjects I resolved to finish the page early, so I can do the artworks with more calm.
