Coupe makes more narrative sense to cut and works better as the mini boss but I do like her better on the team than Sonar so it's a tough call. Likewise Waterboy makes more sense to me thematically as the new team member but Phenomaman is so fun in the cutscenes. They really did great at balancing the pros and cons I think.

The Blazer romance is cute. I like Visi more as like... season 2 endgame.

Of all the Baten Kaitos twists and turns I think my favorite is that Kalas was accidentally genetically engineered to be a dick
