My lack of self love showed in multiple ways but it mainly showed in who I dated/entertained and the treatment I accepted.

I no longer get upset at the men because it was about me and my self perception all along. Why get mad at a dog for barking? That’s what they do. I needed to stop pointing fingers and needed to start looking at myself and question why this is the type of treatment I was accepting.

Lack of self love can show in multiple ways! Not just relationships. Start to question yourself and bad treatment you’re accepting from work, professors etc. now and let’s give ourselves some grace and love up on ourselves this new year!
