i am going to be okay actually. i am going to get out of here and i am going to be fine and my life is going to be filled with beautiful experiences and amazing people and wonderful memories. it’s going to be filled with color and music and laughter and nobody can take that away from me. nothing that happened today or tomorrow will change that i am going to be okay. my future self is cheering me on and my younger self is watching with hope shining from her eyes as she realizes that she’s not going to hurt like this forever. i’m so grateful for myself, for getting this far. i didn’t know how many people i still had to meet. i didn’t know how many places i needed to see, how many songs i was going to discover, how many memories i was going to make. and that cycle goes on forever. you don’t know everyone that you’re going to love yet. you’re going to fall in love with cities you haven’t been to yet. i’m so excited for my future and i know everything that doesn’t align with my dreams will fall away with time. things are going to line up for me exactly the way i need them to, because i deserve it and i want it. i’m going to be okay, actually
