Regarding boundaries, I think that what some people (fans and creators alike) don't realize is that when you watch someone or something, you form an opinion on it. This opinion could be closer to the Original Intent of the work depending on how skilled the original creator is, but they still can't have complete control over an audience's opinion. At least one person will think your mcrp was the best roleplay they've ever seen and someone else will watch the same thing and hate it for the exact same reasons someone loved it.

I don't think it's too big of a jump in logic to see that someone's opinion of your work could inspire them to make something of their own, especially if they're already working within the context of your work's canon. Which, then, fanworks can be argued that they exist as an extension of an opinion and to ban a specific opinion or general criticism is, in fact, censorship.

Additionally, the fact that every space a cc interacts with their audience is always inundated with extreme positivity makes me think that they see it as a baseline, as normal, and not as an extreme. Therefore, any art not made "for them" (made with their boundaries in mind) is not only uncomfortable for them because they're looking at/reading potentially triggering topics, they're also treating boundary breaking art as insults, criticism, and general negativity, even if the fanwork was made from a place of love and adoration.

Anon here! I was the person who sent the og ask in! I don't mind answering this one because if it helps someone find something they like, to me, that's worth it.

Here are some recommendations I've enjoyed:

If you enjoy QSMP, QSMP 2, or POWCreations-style servers with lots of story and cool aesthetics, check out Arkanis! It's a story-driven Brazilian server that focuses on magic, alliances, and has cute ghost children. Currently, there are 3 seasons. Good povs to start with are Bagi, Guaxinim, Gabepiexes, Beamom (who is also trans! <3) and Moonkase.

Additionally, if you liked Whitepine or Vampires SMP, there's Ravencove, another Brazil-based SMP that has spooky gothy vibes and also possibly vampires. Povs I enjoy: Carol, Guaxinim, and Didito.

If you like MCC or Blockwars, there's Squid Craft 1, 2, and 3 which is from the Hispanic Minecraft community. There's also a couple recognizable English-speakers thrown into the tournament, too.

For more of a chaotic Life Series, there's Minecraft Extremo also from the Hispanic Minecraft community with 3 seasons. My favorite POVs are Roier, CrystalMolly (who is also trans! <3), and Riversgg.

Other miscellaneous MCYT and adjacent creators that I enjoy watching are Etoiles (French), Baghera Jones (French), Guto (Brazilian), Polispol (Spanish) (which most also played on the QSMP).

Otherwise, if you're feeling brave, you can always go to the Minecraft category on Twitch and filter for a specific language and see what looks interesting!
