So most people know that eternal sugar is sitting on a pile of babies in this scene

But what many don't know is that little fairy dudes that hang around eternal sugar are THE GHOST OF THE DEAD BABIES!

Eternal sugar represents sloth meaning she very likely neglected her babies. Because of her neglected her kids died. 😭😭
