Wally had the misfortune of falling for the wrong woman in his youth, a woman named Beatrix. Pav didn't approve of her, refusing to grant her immortality and refusing to take away Wally's. Despite this, Darling tried to soothe his partner, saying he'll convince the god to take away his immortality so he could be mortal with her.
But she wasnt having it, hatching a twisted plan to get back at the god for refusing what was (in her mind) rightfully hers.
They went to bed separately, and it was eating Wally up inside. By dawn, he had his own plan to soothe his dearest. He was going to make her breakfast and bring it to her to have in bed. Surely that will do well!
But Beatrix wasnt happy with that either, her initial plan was thwarted by her kind husband, so she had to think on the fly. Her eyes darted about the kitchen before landing on the knife block Wally had made for her himself. She pulled one out, inspecting it before her eyes slowly drifted over to the oblivious man cooking up some breakfast.
Slowly, she stalked over, slipping her arms around him and pressing her face into his back, her heart pounding in her ears. Wally had flinched a bit, not expecting her up yet, but he relaxed and smiled regardless, letting out a soft purr.
"G'mornin' m'lov–" His words were cut off abruptly, a strangled sound leaving him instead as a sharp pain bloomed in his abdomen, a warmth spreading slowly as he let in sharp breaths. With widened eyes, his gaze slowly dropped to the blade buried inside his stomach. "b.... Bea.....?"
Her nose scrunched up at his small words, twisting the blade and dragging it towards one of his sides. He let out a cry, doubling over when she pulled the blade out.
He coughed up blood, hands clutching at his stomach as he shakily looked up at the woman he promised his life to, the woman he promised to be mortal with, thd woman that was looking down at him like he was nothing but a roach on the ground.
Beatrix's wings were puffed up and the morning sun casted a fiery hue around her, her shadow casting down onto him as he bled out. "Pathetic." It was all she had said, cold, bitter and devoid of any love or care. She had stabbed him, and yet that word, her tone, hurt him even more.
Slowly, he begun to lose consciousness, his vision blurring and fading as he could only watch her turn and fade from view, leaving him there to die.
By the time he came to, his body felt lighter, more delicate. He was warm, yet cold at the same time. Bleary eyed, he pushed himself up to sit, finding himself in a field of grass and marigolds.
....
Where did his shirt go...?
His eyes snapped open as he remembered what happened, a hand tenderly touching his stomach, instinctively flinching when he could feel a scar. He looked down and realized he was healed, alive, but a mark was left. A reminder... He looked back up, jumping as before him was Pav, who was not there before.
"I warned you of her... You will bear that mark as a reminder, take care to heed my advice the next time this should occur." Pav was disappointed, he could see that, he nodded and carefully got up, ready to try again at another day, another life, another body.
She has more of Cupid's old stats, and I didn't feel like making up a new trinket so I'm just grabbing one from Dandy's shop lol

Raven's meant to be more of an androgynous type character, definitely as much of a bully as Shrimpo but has that kinder side to her that she shows subtly :>
She's gunna be a common toon so that way I have one of each type :D
