we just started ketamine a few weeks ago. after ~10 other treatments for depression, this is the only one that has worked and is sticking. it took til about the 5th session for us to really start feeling the benefits. in a matter of weeks, years of pain are starting to slough off. we really, sincerely hope it helps you!

ty so much for this. i’ve been trying to stay away from the ‘bad’ stories online about it because they’re just not helpful at this point and it feels more fear monger-y than helpful. but from the positive experiences i’ve read and heard about, they all say the same thing you did! my second dose is this tuesday, and after that i’m doing it 2x a week for eight weeks. i’m trying not to keep my hopes up too high right now.

If you dont mind me asking, what dose are you on? have the stronger effects become less intense by now? what shift did you notice by the fifth treatment?
