Result of overeating! Still no meal plan. Pic is made after the 1st day in the gym after being away and lazy for 1,5 week.
I am following special custom made training plan (2 times a week) and boxing (3 times a week).
85kg / BMI 26.23 / Body fat 22.18%
Still have to loose 9 - 10 kg till I reach my ideal weight
