If you’ve been following me on any sort of social media lately, you’ve probably heard me mention Iggy Azalea. Since stumbling upon her “Clueless”-inspired music video for “Fancy” a week or so ago (one word: genius), I’ve had what songs I can find of hers on repeat on my iPhone nonstop. Her songs “Work” and “Change Your Life” have become personal anthems of mine, and I’ve since pre-ordered her new album, “The New Classic”, set for release in April. This week’s Music Monday takes a turn for the DANCE. I first heard this song in a commercial for Adidas (ever notice how they utilize some amazing music in their commercials?!) and I immediately started dancing to it. While sitting down. Anna Kendrick | ‘Cups’ (New Radio Version)

With the success of the film ‘Pitch Perfect’ - rumor has it that Universal is releasing a new radio version of the fan favorite ‘Cups’ by Anna Kendrick to radio stations. This new edit has a sound very similar to Phillip Phillip’s ‘Home’ or some of The Lumineer’s music. It’s still catchy as ever and will probably find even more success now that it has a proper radio edit.
