I have so many prompts for head canons in my head and one drabble idea so here’s one of my wicked terrible thoughts!

DOL Kidnapping Headcanons; How did they keep you ‘safe’?

Trigger Warnings: False imprisonment, harm to PC body, mind control, drug usage, cages, mentions of dacryphilia, hallucinations, stalking, incredible amounts of lying it’s insane, NSFW, religious guilt, use of religion to justify harm, manipulation, isolation, strangulation to PC

Yan!Harper: He likes you wandering about freely, don’t him get wrong, there’s nothing better than you coming to his office after getting banged up or hearing the paramedics found you passed out on a street. If he kept you forever you’d never get hurt enough to have to run back to him and that just doesn’t fly very well with Harper. He needs to be your savior and doctor above all else. Realistically, I see him using the asylum as a last resort, just to isolate you from potential would be saviors.

He’s a fan of mind break and mind control. Duh. But the more he falls in love with PC the more obvious it gets. He’ll start off nervous, or faking nervousness is more accurate, and feels relatively indifferent about manipulating you. It’s for business until he decides you need to be his only patient.

He’ll control you for longer, and to cover himself, he’ll manipulate you into thinking Gwen is awful just so you can’t run to him to have yourself fixed. He’ll keep you under for longer, your bare body lying against the sterile sheets of the patient bed. Fuck he gets hard just from the sight.

Harper is a very big fan of choking the Pc. He likes the feeling of your unconscious body unknowingly responding to the lack of air going to your head. Don’t worry, he’ll let you go before any real harm is done, he’s a doctor silly, but he just needs to feel your life in his hands. His mind control and forced hallucinations are his favorite way to do it.

Yan!Jordan: Loves you, that much is clear, but he also believes the world outside has gone bad. Rotten, impossible to be saved. He doesn’t need you to understand, you’re nothing more than an innocent little lamb who believes all can turn back to the righteous path. And Jordan does try to keep his hands clean, play more as a savior than a lover for your sake. Still, he isolates you. People start spreading rumors and he makes it clear he favors you more than anybody else. Nobody wants to be around you now, not even Sydney and that’s what he wants.

He probably won’t keep you locked away, just dependent. Pass the purity exams and he’ll slip you extra money, he knows how much you need it and just how much a few thousand can do for you. He lightens your chores, gives you more time to spend in the confessional or bowing your head in prayer. Prefers to have you close to him as he prays, but really can’t stand it at all. Your scent makes him want to give up on prayers and break his vow inside of you instead.

People don’t like how much he favors you and he does that on purpose. Now nobody can spread their filthy taint to you.. that also means nobody can take your purity but him. Jordan, for his sake, tries not to think about the last part. He can’t spend every night rutting against his pillow wishing it was your chest.

Yan!Remy: He’s different and he knows that. He’s not really seeking you out to be his lover or toy, but a constant. Something consistent in his life, something that always looks at him lovingly and sweetly. Thats what you are and he’s not really interested in waiting for you to get the memo. Realistically he found you when you were brought to the farm, but he might’ve stolen you from Alex as well. Either way, he prefers keeping you caged during the day when he’s busy, it’s safer like that.

He’s not nearly as cruel as somebody might think. The cage is relatively well kept, a soft padding at the bottom. Not a bedroom in there but just enough that you can’t really complain about it when he comes back for you at night.

Remy keeps you close by treating you well.. if you’re able to set down your ego and pride. It’s great. He feeds you by hand, always the nicest treats, and then he’ll lay you on his lap in front of the fire. That’s how he ends the night and that’s comfortable. It’s far better than the orphanage or anywhere else in the town so you can’t really complain. Especially not when his hand is playing with your hair and he’s whispering to you about his day.

He is not above threatening with bringing you out to the farm. Will he? Kind of. He’ll have you out on the fields with the other cows but he’ll still drag you back each night. Your presence is the only thing that can make his nights better and make sleep come easier, but you’ll just have to spend the day on the fields if you’ve managed to piss him off. At least he won’t use his riding crop or whip on you, and that should make you feel very lucky.

Yan!Eden: He loves to scare you. The good news is, you’re convinced the world is terrible anyway. That god awful town does most of the heavy lifting but he’ll add his own stories. They’re not truthful but they’re believable enough that you’ll listen. He’s lying to you, but he’s not being dramatic. Eden uses that to justify his lying, that and you’re such a lovely thing to have around all the time. He can barely stomach you going into town for supplies, you just can’t leave him any longer, he won’t handle it well!

He’s already known to use leashes, collars, and cages in game but I think he’ll skip a couple steps and start tying you down. Eden promises it’s just for your safety and he doesn’t want you hurt, you really can’t be sure of that when he ties your ankle to the bathtub’s leg. He likes keeping you in the smaller rooms to, less places for you to hide and less things for you to use to escape.

Switches from hunting you out in the woods as stress relief and instead hunts you through the house. If he finds you, he’ll usually fuck you right then and there and then promise that even if what he did hurt you, somebody else in town would’ve done it so much worse. He’s an asshole. He’s awful, he’s got no problems with being either to keep you safe.

Maybe it’s just my fucking Eden but that ass hat keeps choking me. So now I think it’s official, Eden likes to choke you. Even if you’re behaving and relaxing with him, he will sometimes move his hand to your neck and squeeze. It’s not that tight but you know he could really hurt you. You don’t want to run because you know it could be so, so, so much worse.

The most heart-wrenching dialogue choice you can go for Avery's so-called "apology" after the battering.

At this point, Elinor has no one but Avery. To please him she's cut contact with the Orphanage - Robin too - and she's now graduated (I wish you could in-game lol), her weekly debt has grown so much that she sees no other way to pay but letting Avery deal with it. And Avery is very aware of this as well and such awareness gives him the leeway to worsen his grip and let go of the mask.

To cope with her situation, Elinor shifts the blame onto herself -- after all, she tells herself, who's ever loved her? Not her childhood friend (Robin in reality did) nor the woman who has raised her since she was an infant, so the problem has to be Elinor, ain't she? 💔
