I have a huge crush on her (my edit)

It:

There is this perennial sensation inside of I,

it gnaws away at my insides,

wanting to escape.

I refuse to let it be free for as long as I live.

It torments my solitary existence,

when it found me,

I knew I could never escape it.

I fuel myself with unhealthy obsessions that further rot my already decaying body to attempt to kill it.

It can be the rough sea or a slow,

peaceful screaming feeling from inside.

It is often a chasing me,

I run into it wherever I go.

It will never let me rest until I am gone.

This is my first poem, it isn't supposed to be good, it is free writing. It portrays this gnawing feeling I have inside of me which I don't know how to control. I hope whoever finds this likes it or can relate to it. I just need someone to see this. I wrote this while listening to Leonard Cohen. Have a good day.
