A few ancient photos (2007, I believe) of some of my Momoko dolls. The image resolution isn't great but I do like them; gotta love these tiny creeper shoes.

Life and soul of the office party.
Last month I finally got one of my grail dolls - Barbie Day to Night (1985). I grew up dreaming about the brazilian version and I still love her and her blue and silver colour scheme - but well, the OG is the next best thing.
She is mostly complete apart from the mobile phone, stand and hat (which I never liked anyway). Her night out shoes are too flimsy so I kept her in her beautiful two tone ones. Hair is in great condition but I will maybe give it a wash even though I'm afraid of losing her curls.
Her pink body top is SO tight and low cut it makes ME feel umconfortable; she's mercifully out of it now and styled in a plain top under her "office" outfit. Party is over, girl; back to work.
Here's my first Odile girl - before being rebodied to a MTM. She was then on a seriously colour mismatched Stardoll Barbie and wearing Monster High Laguna's bubble shoes as they were the only ones that would go on her giant feet. The hair is soft and versatile (i liked the two tone pink) and she looks great in bright colours. Her features are sharp and she's very photogenic and fierce - the girl is model material. I have since received her blonde playline version (also very pretty) and if I didn't have so many vintage Barbies on my Ebay watchlist right now I'd be going on a serious Odile hunt.
Got this pretty girl almost complete, missing only earrings and bracelet. She borrowed Victoria's earrings (I think they suit her well) and I made some bracelets out of hair cuffs. Delilah's stock outfits are lovely - the embroidered white pants, yellow dress/tunic and how cute are those daisy sandals? But I also can't wait to have some time to restyle her.
Barbie Angel Face 1982 Her face and hair give "vintage 70s" soft light vibes. Just out of a shampoo ad. Her outfit and ring are original but I added the pink embroidered ribbon over her original black velvet belt for these photos. The hat isn't part of her outfit but I thought it was perfect for her. I just love Barbies with two tone hair, there aren't many of them.
Jersey girl.

After Rosetta I wasn't planning on buying any more non articulated RH dolls, but this one intrigued me. I liked her modern, space age vibe, her skintone, silver eyeshadow and unique lip colour. The Diesel inspired outfit and accessories are also cool, and I can't resist a doll who's into music (her wired earphones are cute).
I am not a big fan of white haired dolls but her hair fits her aesthetics and I'm not goint to fiddle with face paint to get the eyebrows to match . I gave her hair a hot wash to get rid of the glue (and the hairdo) and the difference in lenght didn't bother me so I'll keep it as is for now; maybe a fringe trim.
I didn't get the other sparkle and shine dolls apart from her and Rosetta) but I can't be bothered with the hassle of finding a match and spending money on a donor. She can wear trousers/tights for now and pretend she's a 60s Barbie and can't bend her knees.
Barbie "Viky" (Steffie face) from my childhood. Original outfit (top and skirt) and jewellery (earrings and necklace).
Spent 20 minutes looking at Momokos on Ebay and I think they are about to become my new hyperfocus. I only have 8 girls, but this may change soon.
Here is Miuccia (Lace Modernist) wearing Aliexpress coat, Rement bag and beret made by me.
Girls Night Out.
And I'm back with this little cutie and her dazzling smile. Her name is Diandra.
I have rebodied her with an old Obitsu articulated body but I'm going to put her back into her original one. No articulations but it is sturdier and she looks cuter as a petite.
Her name is Cutie.
Got Dia Mante outfit in the mail last week. I don't love the top so I added star stickers on the body. Looks like something Skyler would wear at Coachella.
Got a Rosetta. Her face is amazing, she's really photogenic and the makeup is colourful and fun without being too over the top. Her clothes accessories are really cute. The body didn't do it for me, as I expected. Bit sad about the lost wrist articulation and legs that don't bend; no problem if you're displaying, but posing my dolls is a big part of the fun for me. I am going to rebody her, but for now she'll be wearing trousers (vintage Barbie, that I was too lazy to iron). The eye frames and earrings are from the Haribo Lol Tweens.
A bit of glam for Skyler. Got this Winter Break girl in a bundle with the De'Vious sisters on Facebook. Her hair was a bit of a challenge and still is a work in process but looks better already. Here she wears a home made skirt, a top I can't remember who is from, one of the twins' shoes, a 1980s Barbie clutch from my childhood and tights from (maybe?) a Lol doll (it came with another bundle so I'm not sure).
Pink and green is one of my favourite colour combinations.
