Coach Adams had to drag my neice across the basketball court he grabbed her arm and dragged her like a rag doll because she wasn't where he wanted her to be he set her in a spot and she wasn't there she was paying more attention to her teammates and what they were doing and he had to get on. Her because her hands weren't up you have to have your hands up to block the ball she wasn't Even trying to block the other team she would stay behind the kid rather then stand in front trying to block them but yesterday she did Good she was passing it to the right person and she even made a basket she made a basket Friday to and she got a medal and a blue ribbon her boys team came in first the won all they're games the one on Friday and yesterday they kick ass proud of all them both boys and girls.💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗

Hoooooome finally 😴 ended Early tired Afff it was fun watching special Olympics my nieces school did amazing kiley wasn't in it her head wasn't there the girls team was awful 😔 the boys though were awesome and on point with making that shot (: saw two boys from the marlins there when i played baseball^_^ i was inspired by those special Olympics l teams this Saturday im going to the park where special Olympic practice is because I'm joining back just waiting for the staff to send the email she has Patrice this weekend excited!!!!!!!!!!! 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 I may take up soccer 😊😊😊😊😊 theres soccer tennis & track and field i may try soccer 😍⚽⚽⚽⚽⚽😍 iam ready to start special Olympics; D

PTSD stands for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. It is an anxiety disorder that one in three people suffer from after witnessing a disturbing, stressful or traumatic event. Such events could be seeing a tragic death, being a victim of a crime or being in a car accident. PTSD can occur days, weeks, months or years after the traumatic event.
People who suffer with PTSD suffer with petrifying flashbacks, images and can even experience sensations of the event. Vivid nightmares are also a common symptom. Sleep is often disturbed because of this or the sufferer is too scared to sleep in fear a nightmare will happen. It is also hard for people with PTSD to concentrate due to the terrifying flashbacks. Some people have constant negative thoughts and question themselves over and over if they could have done something different in the situation or could have prevented it altogether this often makes them feel isolated, guilty and irritable.
PTSD can be treated with medication such as paroxetine which is an antidepressant. Two kinds of therapies are also often used to help treat someone with PTSD, trauma based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation And Reprocessing.
living with ptsd is horrible. it’s like you’re constantly in fear that something bad will happen; you envision horrible scenarios that you know deep down that it won’t happen, yet something in your brain is telling you that it will, and that you’re in danger. and anything can set you off. living with ptsd feels like you’re constantly treading water and you’re so close to reaching solid land but something triggers it and you’re off again. i wish it wasn’t this way. i wish that there was an off switch to make the constant fear go away, but i know that someday, eventually, it will be okay.

This movie though 😂 i watched it now iam terrified of Disneyworld and big thunder mountain annnd its a small world and people mover all though i already was scared of it but it didn't make me feel better xD. Its in black and white but probably a really good movie for anyone who loves demon movies a little sex scene but Other then that part that's just no its an alright movie i enjoyed it 😋
