If not for her wicked smile, she would have met her end then and there. Unconventional to a usual magnus, Gilgamesh is unable to read what may come of such a companion. Twisted were the rules of the war, where even those of apprentice-level magicians may hope to seek the grail. However, that bears no excuse for her rudeness. Master or not, she must yield to the King that stands before her. If not, then to end this contract with her life.

Gauntlets grasped one another, brimming crimson eyes met with Fuyuki City, to soak in the light that was is inevitable victory. Arrogance flows from this man without hesitance; one would be so fortunate as to acquire is power by there side. No matter whom it may be, a woman grown to sulk in her boredom upon minions, nor that of bogus kings. Opinions? A lowly dog should bend to her knees when set before his majesty. It is as such; Gilgamesh stands over, casting his shadow down to cloak her. 

“I care not for how you carry yourself on your own, but a king will not condone a mongrel’s conceited ways to further sully is own. “ Impatience would soon get the better of his mercy, a single finger would lift upwardly to summon four blades of untold legend. All things are his throne, that includes this polluted skies, as well. “Your manners have yet to show themselves. Bow, woman. Or this contract end here and now.”

Ah, and now he was towering over her. An attempt to bully her into submission? Undoubtedly so. Of course, Dead Master was not expecting this meeting to go along smoothly - but she was not ready to die just yet, and certainly not by her servant's hand. Emerald gaze flicked over to the weapons, though she made no move to produce her own. Instead, she continued to stare at the other before pale lips parted; her voice still remaining as quiet and steady as it had when she first spoke. 

❝ You are overly eager. ❞

Dropping from the head of her skull, she floated gracefully to the ground - heels clicking as soon as they made contact. ❝ I have no intention on bowing to you, nor do I intend to make you do the same -- even if I do have the means to. ❞ There was a pause and she made a point to gaze to the arm that had the command seals upon them. 

❝ We have started poorly, but you appear to be a man with a decent head upon his shoulders. ❞ A little white lie never hurt anyone. ❝ If you are here, you must have a reason to seek this grail, do you not? ❞

❝ I believe a partnership can be worked out, if you are willing. ❞ If he wasn't, well -- there was more than one way to make him behave.

Azure eyes followed the ebony-clad figure upon a demonic entity as she flew above the masses of people below, the girl standing solemnly upon a nearby building. The small breeze that had started up lifted dark locks, her uneven tails dancing in the wind that carried them. She had been alerted of the presence of her old rival, raising the obvious question in her mind as to the witch’s reasons for bringing herself to such a location.

Was her own mission here to defeat Dead Master? It made sense; the witch had relocated to this city, and so the Shooter had been summoned, in order to make sure she didn’t decide to bring destruction to those who didn’t deserve it.

But then again… the thought of her whole purpose in this particular city came back to mind. The one that didn’t involve her old life. Masters, Servants, the Holy Grail, the war that brought here her in the first place. She had a duty to attend to— to cooperate with the master she had been bonded with in order to attain the Holy Grail and the single wish that came with it— and she would hold her objective above all else, whether or not Dead Master was involved.

It would not be a simple fight, and she knew it.

Cannon at her side, the pale Shooter moved to dart across the rooftops in order to pursue the witch; yet thought better of it and remained in her position. Knowing Dead Master, she would have been tipped off to her presence early on. There was no doubt that an encounter was unavoidable.

Just as the other expected, Dead Master knew almost at once she was being followed and by whom. Leaning back upon the top of her skull, she allowed Shooter to believe she had some manner of stealth, leading her around the city before doubling back and appearing almost instantly at the others side. ❝ You have made your move early. ❞

Sliding off the top of her minion, she floated to the ground - lips curving into an amused smile. ❝ That eager to see me? -- Or are you here to destroy me? ❞ Either way, the blue one was in her arms now. The wicked curves of her claws grasped the other none too lightly - pulling her close into the other's embrace. Bodies pressed into one another, a shiver running down her spine at the close proximity. This was how it was meant to be.

Eyes closed briefly as she inhaled the other's scent, refraining from doing much else as she was sure the Shooter would pull away as soon as she had the chance. ❝ Are you to participate in this war as well, Shooter? ❞

Fuyuki City's New Idol!

“If you mean what I think you mean, then yeah! It’s nice to meet you!” She gave a her a soft smile as she turned to face the dark haired female, leaning forward slightly with her hands tucked behind her back. “I’m Dolly! What should I call you?”

She kept her smile on as she watched the girl. She sure did seem young. Especially to be out and fighting! But looks weren’t everything, that’s for sure. So maybe she was super smart? Or maybe really powerful? Either way she hoped to make a friend or two and this girl really looked like she needed a hug!

It was strange how... eager, the other appeared to be. As if she wished to continue being within her presence. This was a war, was it not? Eyes once more slanted towards the young woman, silently observing until she was forced to speak up. ❝... Dead Master. ❞ Not that she would state it was a pleasure to meet her, but it was... interesting, to be met with something other than hostility. 

❝ You are oddly cheerful for a being that has been deposited into unknown territory with the intent of brawling with others. ❞

An essence of another would soon carry itself to and fro over smoldering green flames that poured from large bone. Enveloping her all to her right, kindling life now spun through air as if it were an average occurrence within Fuyuki City to have a being formulated of light to simply watch others. Casually, these glowing sparks grew tired of remaining in silence, now accumulating upon a single spear which appeared out from portal of similar light. Casting down to form; creation of an all inspiring figure of a king. ”Ah~ There you are.”

Armor resounds the gentle breeze of skies vast, whistling about as corners take echos to these winds. Medallions meeting bold shoulders resound soothing song, his appearance bearing much more than needed, of course; folded arms to give off his sense of virtue. Red lance which pokes from source of light does not bend, balance at one with a golden knight whom had suddenly emerged from a unknown source. His attention on her; yet eyes absent from person. He is the spitting image of arrogance and it does not need to be said more than once.

Inconvenience seems to have befallen expression, brows narrowed just to her sight. To find his assigned associate lazily lingering about open skies such as this? Irked is the King, suppressing urges to impale this incompetent fool with treasures behind Gates. Failure to arrive at his feet would bring her to a discomforting opinion, already leading vexing emotions to hinder their relationship at the start of it all. A well first impression for the master of Gilgamesh.

A pale-skinned female sitting lonesomely on devilish familiar, no living thing of this would could ever hope to exist in this realm. A magnus? No, far from lowly pests cowering in fear of confrontation.  Emerald eyes were apparent without need to glance intently, picking apart features through the corner of his vision. She is not of humankind nor god, may she be a demon? Unlikely, however it mattered not in the end. Masters of all kinds were accepted, so long as they know their place at his grace.

“You are the one that bears the seals that ties our fates, are you not?” asks Gilgamesh, lending an ear to judge what spews from her mouth.

It was not the voice, nor was it the sudden brilliant light that managed to stop her progression across the skyline - rather it was a presence that rivaled her own that brought the female to a pause. A slender brow lifted, eyes roaming over the male's figure before she decided he was an eyesore. The way he stood, his arms folded and back straight - it as if he saw himself as a king. The very notion caused the corners of her mouth to curl in amusement. 

A king indeed. 

Regardless of her personal opinion, it seemed he was the servant she had been seeking - therefore he had her attention, for the moment anyway. The skull she was hovering upon moved so that the two were eye level though the space between them remained. One leg crossed over the other, gauntlet covered hands coming to rest upon her lap. As with everything she did, she was composed and elegant - the lilt of her voice carrying itself to reach his waiting ears.  

❝ I am. ❞ Two simple words, though she spoke them with a calm conviction. While she was dubious of his choice in garb, at the very least he appeared to be a formidable opponent - and if this was proven true, then Dead Master would overlook his gaudy appearance.

Fuyuki City's New Idol!

There was a thud as Midori was dropped a few feet from the air to the ground. She released a his and rolled over clutching her forehead. It felt like she’d been asleep for years and her head was throbbing from the sudden impact.

“Ow…That seriously hurt… ” She rubbed the offended area gingerly, testing for more sore spots or blood. Luckily she found none, though a knot was forming under her hair. “I guess what I should really be asking is where am I and ho-” She stopped abruptly as the information flowed into her head. Fuyuki City, the rules, her Master, the cracked Grail, a wish… 

“A wish, huh? Whatever I want so long as I follow the rules and win. . ?” She ran a hand through her hair with a sigh as she finally sat up from her spot on the ground, apparently in some back alley area behind the gambling strip ( How did she even know that? ), before shaking her head and cracking a grin as she hefted herself up.

“Well, that settles that then! Looks like I’ll be doing a lot more fighting from now on!” She stretched languidly and her grin grew wider. “Just watch, Papa! I’m gonna fight all the injustice in this city!” A fist pump in the air to get her excited before she dashed off towards the front area of the buildings.

“Look out Fuyuki City! Your new idol of love and justice has come to save you!” But first to find this ‘Master’ of hers. Wherever they were.

As it was, Dead Master's plan on seeking out her servant had been temporarily unsuccessful. It was an annoyance, but only a minor set back at best. While she was unsure of what the other "powers at be" were, she was fairly confident in her ability to take care of herself. She did not require a body guard before which meant that she did not need to seek one out. When the other decided to reveal themselves, they would meet. 

What was truly pressing at her patience was the lack of the Shooter. How was she to claim the other as her own when she had not even appeared within this city's limits? To calm herself, she wandered down one of the many sidewalks within this city, noting how casual the humans were being despite the war waging just out of their vision. Or perhaps they have seen it and chose to ignore it. They were a peculiar breed - only paying attention to what they deemed important.

The sight of an odd looking young woman caught her attention and Dead Master paused, watching the other with vague interest as she rolled, made noises and generally spoke to herself. Was she a part of this war? The question was answered soon after by the other's outburst about fighting injustice. Stepping closer, she continued to stare straight ahead, but spoke to the other - the lilt of her voice quiet despite the noises of the city around them. 

❝ You are part of this quest, are you not? ❞

Fuyuki City. 

The name rolled nicely off her tongue and she found herself toying idly with the word as she sat primly upon the over sized skull - hovering at the very brink of the city's limit. While she had spent much time observing this world and all the interesting little creatures that inhabited it - Dead Master never once considered crossing over into it's existence. She wasn't even sure she could, and yet here she was, alive and being ushered into taking part of this little war that has been concocted.

Initially she was indifferent to the idea of joining in on something so decidedly beneath her - but she admittedly became more interested when she learned of the reward given to the victor. While the concept of having one's wish granted could be seen as child's play, Dead Master found herself playing out the scenario repeatedly within her mind. If it were she who remained upon the battlefield after the dust of chaos had settled, then the idea of making the wish to have Shooter as her very own was indeed tantalizing. 

Tantalizing enough to have her now floating across the skyline - paying no heed to the mortals below her. They were like flocks of sheep, running in droves from the violence that seemed to congest the very air they breathed, their bleating falling upon deaf ears. Who would save them? Certainly not she.

Upon her arrival, Dead Master set out to complete the first set of moves. She would need to locate her servant - and at that thought, emerald eyes shifted in their gaze to peer down at the gauntlet covered hand briefly, before lifting to the sights of the city once more. Upon acquiring her servant, she would then proceed to locate the Shooter. 

Beyond that she had no set plan - but she was not in a rush to begin the fight. Let the stupidly rash ones exterminate themselves first. Then and only then would she immerse herself within the violence - the ones that were left being the ones worthy of battling against her Death Scythe.
