Yongguk: Actually, Iâm not writing B.A.P songs these days. Itâs too hard to make it myself. Instead, I asked the A&R team to bring me good music.Â

Yongguk: There is always a joy of making music. But the entertainment industry is a results-oriented system, and the stress from it has come to a great extent. When Iâm working on music, I feel happy about it even though Iâm stressed out. By the way, it is a resultant approach that always sells a few records on the market. I was so stressed out about that. I didnât feel it at firstâŠNow Iâd like to put that burden down a little. When I was working on B.A.P music, I thought I had different mind, but I guess that was part of it.Â
Yongguk: When I was making B.A.P music, I felt pressure. The results are very important. Will our team be better if I wonât make music? Is this all I can make? Our members are people who have to be succeed, so I was always was stressed out with this thought: what if theyâre not doing so well because Iâve been making our music? At first I didnt think this way because our team was doing well, but at times when we werenât doing as well I couldnât help but think that it was because of me.
How do you feel about B.A.P members now? Itâs been a long time, seven years. I heard that in the past, members used to be scared every time they were recording (laugh)
Yongguk: These days everything is different. These days, itâs sort ofâŠI feel like a tiger without its teeth. I used to think of members as of kids Iâm responsible for but now as they grew up a lot that they work harder themselves if they see me struggling/having hard times and thatâs what their team good at, we can rely on each other. I have people to lean on when I have hard times.
I saw how you say, âI respect youâ to your fans. Usually, idols say, âI love youâ, but I think itâs more unique.Â
Yongguk: I think being an idol is very difficult job. So Iâm very proud of being an idol and I admire those who have this job .I donât think anyone can do as much as fans do for us. I can exist as an idol because theyâre here.Â

Yongguk: I canât say I love you because Iâm so shy and itâs embarrassing.
But when you say you respect them you also mean that you love them too
Yongguk: Yes, for sure I mean that. Babyz, I respect you.
