It works. It can change your life. (Referring to Ketamine itself here. If you're referring to Ketamine while doing talk therapy I've heard good things but haven't seen it in action.)

Go into it with a good attitude because it kind of bakes in the mood you're in when you do it. Have peaceful music to listen to. Some people can drive afterward but don't count on it. Have someone drive you there and back. Don't plan on doing much the rest of the day.

But it is real and effective and anyone who has suffered without respite from the meds they normally suggest should try it if you can afford it.
