Hey Im Iz. I am an 18 year old trans man who is currently homeless after my religiously abusive family (mentally, emotionally and physically abusive) kicked me out as soon as I turned of age. I have a previous post detailing a lot of what theyve done including withholding my medicine and keeping me dependent on them and torturing me for being trans/lgbt despite forcing myself into the closet for them for years. However that is not the point of this post. I was kicked out in December and managed to get to my friends place in LA. However I am only allowed to stay here for so long. Recently I had a suicide attempt after my friend let her dog into my area on accident, ending up in my cat having several injuries including a broken paw. I was unable to help her right away and thinking she would die sent me over the edge. Unfortunately this has made my friend extremely upset as I was supposed to let her know if I was ever suicidal as I have had no way to stay on my meds consistently, and I didnt tell her. She feels extremely guilty for my cat but she is unable to help me financially as her car recently broke down and everything is expensive in LA.
I had updated the previous post and was able to get enough to take her in (the vet fee was 100) and get her looked at. They do think she broke her paw however I could not afford xrays or a cast so they did not give her that. The vets here are cruel and you have to pay at time of service.
I have been trying everything I can to find work and resources outside of tumblr. However its really hard to get hired with no experience. I am doing my best and even though I have no bus money, often no food, no meds, ect. All I care about is my cat and getting her through this so she can get better. I dont need anything else. She is my only family.
I need help more than ever. Soon I will be on my feet. I can do this on my own but my cat deserves to be healthy and not in pain and I cant provide that for her right now as I didnt expect this at all but Ive cut into all my savings. Giving her to a shelter will only end in her death with the area Im in and I need her to go on.

hi all. iām madison. iām a 19 yr old uni student in/from philadelphia. iām a short mentally ill jewish lesbian and over the past few months my life has gotten a lot harder. my mom is extremely abusive and in november after she threatened to cut me off i stopped talking to her, and because of her bpd this has really upset her. she is currently lying about cancer, and my 79 year old dad is in the hospital with heart issues.
i was recently hospitalized for extreme suicidality and then again for a sprained ankle. i really need help raising some funds. i currently have a job but i missed so much of it because of intense depression. i need funds for my hospital bills (my mom may be making me pay other ones which are 350+), transportation to and from work, therapy (25 dollar copay every week), medications, my extremely expensive rent, etc. iām transferring schools and i do not currently have anyone to cosign for a loan so i may need to pay out of pocket so it would also go towards that.
my mom has also threatened to take me off the family insurance, and if so iām qualified for medicaid. i have given my mom $1000 dollars in the past few months because my mom is physically disabled and my dad retired, and i had that money from student loans.

thank you guys SO much for sharing and for the kind words and donations. i was able to pay the 50 dollar lab corp bill and my 200 dollar ankle bill!! iām going to have to pay for the 350 bill, my 55 dollar commonapp fee (forgot abt that), ESPECIALLY tuition for next year, rent, etc. iām just worried i wont be able to afford college but this is all helping so much.
also my dad had his cardio cath today and had a stent put in and hes doing okay!!
My mother needs surgery.
Iām a student who lives with my mom in Moscow, Russia. We donāt have our home but we rent a flat in the end of the town. My mom works as a seller in a clothing shop. She gets enough money for paying for the flat, food and some other needs, so we donāt have to worry about the roof over our heads.
But something happened two months ago. My mom fell from a ladder while working at the storeroom and she damaged her leg badly. I canāt explain what exactly is wrong with it ācause Iām not a doctor but now my mom has some problems with the right knee and also she limps. She came to the doctor who said that she needs surgery, otherwise she will limp forever.
So, the main problem is money. Surgery costs 20000ā½ (about 300$) and thatās quite okay, but implants cost 52000ā½ (about 785$) and itās too much for us. Maybe youāre thinking āhey, but why doesnāt her employer pay for her operation if it has happened on the job?ā Well, my mom works semi-illegal, that means that she isnāt bonded with any contract. This kind of job has been existing in Russia since 90ās so itās not that abnormal.
So, if someone read this post up, I ask for help. I will be glad any cent because even it will mean that you care. I canāt work right now because of exam preparations (Iām in senior grade) but I want to help my dear mom who I really love and admire.
