hey boys!!!!! this seems really out of the blue but im so sick of this. here is a partial explanation to why i quit being staff for @weirdocraft and also some other things i think you should know before you consider donating to/playing on this server.

He groomed me to work for him for free. He convinced other people to work for him for free. So what its administrating a minecraft server? not much of a job. I didn’t only administrate it I made fucking art for it. At the time I didn’t think it was an issue he was my friend so it didn’t kill me. But after looking back on how shitty i was treated, how i made shit for it with no compensation. whats worse? I don’t even get compensated with exposure. THAT’S RIGHT! My artwork is on that server website with no source. ( http://weirdocraft.com/home ) and if in case he changes it before this goes up:

I’m not on the artist list. I was at one point. What changed? I quit. I quit my job as administrator. And he took my name off the source’s list without taking my art down as well. I’m not even getting exposure for working 3 years on this server. I’m not asking to be paid but at least give me exposure? smh

KEEP IN MIND I WAS 15 AT THE TIME. HE WAS 18 IF NOT DAYS AWAY FROM IT. I’m not the only one.

He talks to all of his underage staff and players like this. Whether they think of it as scummy or not. It is not acceptable. I didn’t understand because I was 15, and I thought he was my friend. Now I’m a little older, I stepped away from it and looked at it from a distance THIS IS NOT OKAY.

He treats his “friends” like complete shit.

If you’re new or haven’t seen this, He demoted and PERMANENTLY BANNED 5 staff members for no good reason.

He also never appreciated any work staff did. I never really thought about it until after I had quit that never once had I heard a thank you come from this immature little kumquat. Summers would pass with no words from him to the staff. We practically had to take care of it for him while he was away. Not to make him feel bad for being away, it’s understandable that life gets busy. But when he did come back not a “thank you for being patient” or “thank you for keeping the server going” NOPE. Just tons and tons of bitching about how we never did our jobs right and how we only created drama and that we needed to grow up. How our jobs were to make his job easier. He was never on to see half of what we dealt with. And when he was online he was AFK almost 90% of the time. He’d guilt us with the “I paid for this server and without me there’s nothing.”

He claimed his server is a safe place*.

* If you’ve been on the server a year or longer and/or have bought a rank from him. He allowed his staff to treat new players like shit. He took part in treating new players like shit if they didn’t meet his standards. Not to mention the constant “triggered” jokes.

So yeah i wanted to get this off my chest for awhile.

Should I try to plan to go to a convention next year with the intent of having a group meetup? It would be in the Southeastern states, probably here in Tennessee, probably MTAC in April. But since I like…have no group of friends to go with I’d really want to make sure I had at least a couple of buddies with me, and maybe even a whole squad!

Does this interest anyone? I know that there’s not a ton of people around me, but if you could travel to the Nashville area, maybe we should try and plan an event.

I had this girl in my class and she was considered to be like really dumb. She’d ask a ton of doubts and questions in class, which everybody would consider to be “stupid"and “silly” and even the teachers would often taunt her but she’d never stop asking. But the thing was that she’d almost always top the class examinations and everyone was like???? They all thought she was cheating and stuff and obviously even the teachers were very biased because she wasn’t so ‘smart’ in class, and she was regularly accused of cheating. But nobody could prove that she was actually cheating but the whole class and teachers totally believed that she did. I’m pretty socially awkward so I never really talked to her, but she was leaving school this year and I was genuinely curious about how she was so good during exams and how she didn’t let everyone’s remarks affect her. She always used to sit and hang out with only one girl, and she told me that that friend of hers was severely socially anxious and she’d lag in studies because she couldn’t bring herself to ask doubts in class or ask for help from others. So they had this system where during lectures her friend would write down any question she had, and she would ask them for her. And I was just so touched??? Idk but it really changed the way I looked at people?? This girl endured taunts and jeers and borderline bullying for being “stupid” when she was actually really smart and could easily have refused to ask such doubts for her friend but she did?? And brushed off everything others would throw at her for her friend?? I was just, idk it just really changed me in some way.
