Tears were rolling down her cheeks as Maverick spoke. “Prove it, Mav.” She responded immediately, pulling away slightly so she can examine his features. The man looked completely vulnerable as he stood in front of her, pouring his heart out. “Be mine..” She closed the gap again to kiss him deeply, bringing her hands to his face. Everything around her disappeared yet again as she got lost in the sensation of Maverick’s mouth against hers. She loved him so much and even though she didn’t plan for this to happen tonight - she was so glad that it did. 

Maverick held onto her, even as she pulled away. His eyes wanting, a fire behind the chocolate brown hues that stared so deeply at her when she spoke to him. His lithe fingers curled into the fabric of her dress, her words sending a shiver down his spine, her kiss eliciting a moan from his lips against hers. He had wanted this day for so long. He’d thought of what it would be like to finally be able to touch her again, to kiss her again and be intimate with her like this again, but none of his thoughts and fantasies actually compared to the real things. “Nikie, I’ve... always been yours.” Mav replied between kisses, one of his hands slipping into her hair to play with it.

can i pls have a plot where the guy is like a street fighter but he’s rly rly good and he’s trying to make an actual career out of it and actually joins a boxing gym to train and fight professional boxers bUT in comes the worried ex-girlfriend who’s trying to talk him out of everything and they still have feelings for each other but he’s always trying to convince her that he’s no good for her and like pushes her away constantly but he also knows he can’t live without her and she can’t live without him so she eventually decides to support him even though she’s still lowkey against it all so she goes to his fights and stuff and makes him his breakfast and does his laundry and takes care of him but there can be like arguments and lots of crying when he comes home every night with fresh wounds and bruises!!!!! imagine the angst and tears and kissing and sex and yelling pls gimme gimme
