Fresh from the oven. As soon as they cool, the icing goes on. Oh YUM https://www.instagram.com/p/CPZFko4ncQA/?utm_medium=tumblr
We also have the most beautiful cloud formations. Here is my Angel in the sky.
What a beautiful way to start the morning. A tern flew down to say hello
I live where the state flower is the Hibiscus. They are plentiful and beautiful.
Gotta Go! But where? I have a pet peeve so please bear with me while I vent. I have no tolerance for rude people, especially when they’re rude to the handicapped. Here is what happened to my mom and me: We were at a store when mom said she needed to use the rest room. Mom at that time was using a walker and still found it difficult to get around. In the restroom, there were two small stalls and one handicapped stall which was in use. I heard the woman in the handicapped stall on her phone. I did my best to help mom in the small stall and get her on the toilet. Yes, mom’s physical stability wasn’t the best. As mom “did her business”, a young girl about 16 years old began her exit from the larger stall. I confronted her. “Really? You used a handicapped stall to make a phone call?” She said she wanted her privacy. I told her everyone in the restroom could hear her since she wasn’t very quiet. She gave me a dirty look and walked out. Mom could have used that handicapped stall to make her life easier. What if mom or someone else was in a wheelchair? What if that woman in a wheelchair had a bladder or bowel problem? People need to have more consideration for those who are no longer in the best of health. Should these disabled females (and I used that title because there are many who are young and disabled) take the rise of “messing” themselves because of someone who wants to use a cell phone? Thank you for allowing me to vent.
