Hi @taylorswift, hope your December is going perfectly ❤️ Years ago my heart broke for people trapped in human trafficking with no light at the end of the tunnel. An estimated 40 million people are enslaved right now — 10 million are children. The Dressember fundraiser aims to make a giant dent in this injustice.
Dressember is a movement of people who take on a 31-day fashion challenge in order to raise funds for organizations fighting human trafficking. It was started by one person who thought it would be cool to see if a fun dress-wearing challenge she invented could perhaps be leveraged for a bigger cause. She linked up with a nonprofit, invited others to join her in wearing dresses all December, and set a financial goal. They blew that goal out of the water and have raised millions since!
I am wearing a dress for 31 days (see above for days 1-3!) to hopefully help bring about the moment when people trapped in forced labor, forced sex, and forced marriages have a hand reach out to help them walk them into freedom. I wanted to invite you to repost this in hopes of spreading the word about our cause! Love you T, I know you have a lot going on right now (I see those 12 Christmas tree emojis) but I wanted to drop by and let you know about this ❤️
Here’s the link to donate if anyone reading is compelled to donate. My goal is $5,000 and any amount helps someone who doesn’t have the basic freedom humans deserve. https://www.dressember2019.org/fundraiser/heather-leith

@taylorswift 🥰
Watching Christmas Tree Farm with the Swifties group chat ❤️💚 IT’S AN INSTANT CLASSIC @taylorswift
i am the number one fan of taylor’s hoop earrings... i am so grateful for her new phase
Thanks!! They’re ABLE x Minka Kelly and they support a really good cause 💗 (again NOT AN AD I JUST LOVE THESE HOOPS OK)
Love that you’re supporting survivors of sex trafficking, @taylorswift 💛 This month I have a goal to raise $5,000 through Dressember, a 31-day fundraising challenge where thousands of advocates wear a dress or tie every day to raise funds and awareness for human trafficking. Why a dress? Well, Dressember is an opportunity to reclaim and reappropriate the dress as a symbol of freedom and power; a flag for the inherent dignity of all people.
The overall goal of the campaign is to raise $2.5 million by Dec. 31! Being a part of Dressember through spreading the word or donating means you’re a part of strategic anti-trafficking grants that provide Dressember’s on-the-ground partners with the funds to move the needle forward toward actual change.
I love how you stand up for women tirelessly, so I thought you might be interested in helping to increase our visibility so the 40 million children, women, and men trapped in forced slavery could have a voice.
I’d LOVE for you to spread the word if you can? Here’s the link! (Fellow Swifties, I’d love your help getting this to Tay’s dashboard!)

This is the one face I made that day
💖 13 Years of Taylor and Her Guitar 💖
This song has burrowed into my soul and it won’t leave me alone and I need it with me always
opening and closing lines of every taylor swift album
*has found a way to include Taylor into my curriculum*
*i.e. embodying this picture from when I was in Nashville*
threw a lover listening party on Thursday and we went a little manic with the lyric puns. Are these now a permanent fixture of our apartment? Probably.
I hope I never lose you. Hope this never ends.
I’D NEVER WALK 17TH PLACE AGAIN
Update @taylorswift: they are still up my friend
@taylorswift i’m in my room it’s a typical tuesday night...
THIS IS AMAZING!!!!
This is iconic 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
i feel like taylor wanted to portray a sense of loneliness and emptiness in it’s nice to have a friend because she went through a time where she felt like no one was on her side until she met joe, who was there for her and loved her despite all the chaos in her life. the way she sings the lyrics almost sounds defeated, like she’s tired of fighting and has accepted things the way they are. the song sounds eerie because she’s alone, until someone came along and showed her warmth through simple gestures that meant a lot to her. it’s like in call it what you want how she said he built a fire to keep her warm
my favorite decoration from our lover release party 😂😂😂😂
YASSSSSSSSS SCABBY DOO GET LOST
