guys, I have a hot take. even though I really love dkbk and bakugo as a character since he has been a drive for motivation for me, I just cant help but feel kinda inadequate about his redemption arc. he had been bullying midoriya for nearly/over(?) 10 years of their lives, and when they got into UA , not once did a classmate of theirs question the way bakugo treated midoriya. no one mentioned about their past, there weren't any confrontations nor consequences for bakugo about his actions. i find it really strange that someone like kirishima, who has had insecurity about himself in middle school, didnt stand up for midoriya when bakugo was dismissing midoriya's skills back in the first 2 seasons. arghhhh the people surrounds bakugo were way too kind to his bratty ass. I wish there had been some sort of repercussion to his bullying. to me, it is like saying bakugo ONLY started to respect midoriya when he got a quirk, not him as a person. butttt, that is seasons ago, they have had their rainy apology, and i know now bakugo respects and cherishes midoriya, even when he is quirkless. so yeah, my love for bakugo and dkbk still prevails, however, this parts is still icky, idk, i maybe overthinking it lol.
