Every Thursday I have the morning to myself to reflect, rest or exercise, and just slow down my pace than long regular days filled with work, school and creating experiences with my daughter.

Today, I’m thankful for all my life experiences because they all taught me something very valuable- regardless how small or insignificant they may have seemed at the time. From as simple as how to load a dishwasher or from a brief conversation with a friend about an experience that they felt comfortable to share with you. You don’t truly know the impact and influence on your words and actions to others without them voicing them, physically, verbally or emotionally and honestly may never will either. Expression is so important in order to let others know you appreciate them and the lessons that they teach you, subconsciously or even consciously. It could change their mood, their day, even their life.

Hello friends, I have taken a hiatus to get my life on the right path of my transformation. More has happened in the last nine months than you can even imagine. All beautiful things, some uncomfortable. Without uncomfort, we cannot grow. Everything I’ve experienced lately has taught me a valuable lesson in becoming who I am today and will continue to change in this process. Life is beautiful
