Donald's Day...#2

Started out fantastic. I was hella late for work. My rig was set up and ready to go when I got there! Score!!! Of course I gave my sincerest apologies. Got off kinda early so took my time getting home. Took the long way. Got home smoked two fatties with the fam and now I'm here. Ive eaten less today than normal. But, man..a motha fuckah is hungry. I just demolished a box of raisins. I hadn't had a box of raisins in only God knows how long. I've had probably a case of soda less than normal. Other than that, that's my day this far. I'm feeling like I may fall asleep soon so I posted a little early. If I'm awake later I'll add to my journey then. Well... i didnt go to sleep and binge ate the entire cupboard. FML

Donalds Day...#1

I'm 31 6ft 346 lbs. I want to be smaller and healthier. It's easy as fuck to say it. Doing it's another story. I struggle with depression and anxiety daily. The meds help but hey, things are still pretty fucked up in the ole noggin. Today, August 26th of 2018 will be the day I decide. Will I be happy, healthier, and feel better about myself or fuck it, stay fat, content, and sometimes happy. I'm going to wake up in the morning and use every cell, atom, particle, and whatever else kind of shit were made of to do my best to start living my best life. I wanna look back to this in five years and see whats changed.

After all, tomorrows never promised, right?

Let the journey begin...
