I hate when I’m working on an art project and then someone comes up to me and starts giving me suggestions or ideas or advice (that I didn’t ask for) for how I could do it and then they just leave, so now I can’t do anything anymore and I hate everything about it and feel like ripping it apart and throwing it at a wall repeatedly..

Past Life 7 SPOILERS

The fall of The Moon 🌙

The tragedy wasn't that the Moon fell. The true tragedy was that the Moon fell, and fell and fell all over again, until she shattered. The shards of her exploded and left wounds on any passerby who witnessed it. They were a reminder of who was and never will be again.

WIP!! This is my first run cycle ever! I’m at like 14 hrs spent on a simple cycle but I’m proud of it so far!

This probably would have been less difficult if I didn’t decide to animate the wings and flowing clothes😭

I think I started this specific shot months ago but took a detour to learn more about waves and arcs. I was struggling with the wings for forever, but after an obsessive fueled study sesh I had a much better understanding of how to do them and did it all at 3am.

Learned from these great tutorials/lessons.

Doing these exercises really leveled up how I thought about animating. ⬆️

The is something about The life series that churnes in my brain. How there is no happy ending, no redemption or reunion. It just ends.

How it started as something that was never meant to be just violent, other than what the red life was intended to be. That almost immediately they started forming allies and enemies and turning death into a game. It was meant to be a server of friends with a funny little twist, then it turned into a death game, and yet they come back every single time. Not because they have to but because they choose to to see if mabye, just mabye they can win this time. And even those who do almost always just die too.
