hhey transhospitalized/surgery beings and adjacent (mostly for medical hospitals)... some tips i stole from the alters who deal with hospitals to feel more like your id/transition...
popsicles. like otterpops. after every operation we had involving anesthesia we were given one of those!!! its not a needed thing, but anytime a headmate we have gets dysphoric or whatever regarding hospitals they usually get a popsicle thing and it helps!!
after a surgery we had, we were given this small (like 6 in by 6 in) pillow and that helps with too because it was so we could move with less/no pain!!
we get cups from the hospital after operations for water or something. so for that,, get a hospital cup!! like with a/your hospitals name on it!!
this is a basic one but. bland foods and a lot of cleaning. not entirely the "HOSPITALS ARE SPOTLESS!!" way, just, the smell cleaning chemicals give off!!
final thing is journalling,,, its also really basic but write it like a medical journal (third person with what you did, ate, talked to etc etc + potential fake symptoms/pain OR actual symptoms and pain!! levels, frequency, etc etc)
(small bonus actually. interact with people like you havent seen one other than doctors/nurses for a bit if its a long/perma stay. call people nurse/doctor/dr and complain about things the way you would to a doctor, act "weird", be overly cautious of germs!)
