13 Animals Out of 13 Circles by Dorota Pankowska

Paris-based artist Dorota Pankowska was inspired by the twitter logo construction, which was made from 13 circles. She challenged herself to create figures of 13 animals with the geometric shape.

Pankowska confesses: “Only 13 circles? I doubt most of the animals will even be recognizable…” but surprisingly, I was pretty happy with what turned out. Sometimes I was even happy before I hit 13 circles, and I would “cheat” a little by adding the remaining circles on a sharp corner to simply round it out a little, instead of being forced to change the shape of the animal. But hey. :)

13 Animals Made From 13 Circles

Inspired by the Twitter logo, which is made from 13 perfect circles, designer Dorota Pankowska, aka Dori, decided to give herself a design challenge:13 animals each made out of 13 circles! Dori is a photo grad/artist/designer from Toronto living in Paris.
