Having her refrigerator break down was not necessarily in her daily planner, but if Brooklyn ever learned anything, it was that you have to make do with what you’ve got — a broken fridge. Luckily enough, her friend Athena was willing to help her out and eat some of the food, using the unfortunate event as an excuse to throw a little “food party”. Nestled in her couch with a bowl of vanilla bean ice cream, Brooklyn nearly jolted out of her comfortable position upon hearing her friend’s arrival, frightening the small pug beside her more than the knocking did. She made her way toward the door, closely followed by Delilah, revealing the girl on the other side. “Hey, Athena!,” Brooklyn greeted, giggling as she noticed her dog’s excitement for the visitor’s being there. “Oh, yeah, I suppose it’s finally time you meet ‘Lilah. She super friendly, as you can tell.” Stepping aside to let her friend in, she allowed Athena time to become acquainted with Delilah.

Athena couldn’t help but brightly smile as she spotted Brooklyn, her eyes then lighting up as she saw the small pug. If anything it showed her love for animals, and it made her even more excited than she already was. “Hey, Brooklyn!’ She greeted in return, her smile only widening even more at the dog’s excitement to see her as she waited until after Brooklyn stepped aside to walk inside and then bend down seconds later so she could pet Delilah. “And hello to you too, aren’t you just the cutest thing ever? I think you and Charmed both easily win award for cutest and probably friendliest too.” She admitted with a laugh. “Oh, I’m glad I finally got to meet Delilah, she’s too precious for me.”

brooklyn: i love both of them sometimes even more than ice cream if im being honest

brooklyn: especially bc of the nice toppings at frozen yogurt places like im going to put cheesecake AND mangoes on my lemonade-flavored frozen yogurt (which is surprisingly very nice and not very sour)

brooklyn: BUT SOONER OR LATER THEY ALL WILL BE GONE

brooklyn: WHY DONT THEY STAY YOUNG???

athena: im sorry ..

athena: i just like good ol icecream because who can beat that ?? its my fave

athena: okay i take that back .. i do like frozen yogurt every now and again but i dont have it very often tho but

athena: i like the banana frozen yogurt with like chocolate toppings because it tastes like a banana dipped in chocolate which is amazing

athena: ITS HARD TO GET OLD WITHOUT A CAUSE

athena: I DONT WANT TO PERISH LIKE A FADIIING HORSE !!

Athena wasn’t about to say no to coming over to Brooklyn’s and helping out her friend by eating food just so it wouldn’t go to waste or go bad because of the fact the freezer was broken -- and what better way to keep it from going bad then to eat it? She locked up her apartment and told Charmed that she’d wouldn’t be gone too long but to go ahead and behave anyway, and headed for other’s place, knocking on the door upon arrival. “Ding dong, it’s just me!” She exclamied, as she stood at the door with her normal bright smle across her face.
