AMAZING VIEWS – TRIP TO LINDAU

We love to explore new places in Germany. Once again we were pleased to visit south of the country and situated nearby, Austria.

Last Friday we visited friends in the German city of Ulm. On Saturday morning, we went to Lindau 110 km away. The train journey lasted a little over 1.5 hours. We fell in love at first sight with that place and we plan to go back there sometime. The rain during our visit to Lindau fell continuously, so we did not have the opportunity to explore the city. However, we saw the narrow, charming streets with interesting and unique shops. In Lindau is the breathtaking, small harbor.

Not always buying stuff won’t make us happy. Sometimes we can give a new life for old things. We can get both a new piece of furniture and a lot of satisfaction.

THE CHARM OF MARRAKECH. PLACES YOU MUST TO VISIT

Are you looking for things to do in Marrakesh? We spent 10 days there. Visiting Marrakesh has been dream of mine that was growing in me for a couple of years. It was an incredible place where design abounds.

I loved the people, design, architecture… This city is a fantastic destination. It’s a mix of labyrinthine souks, mysterious snake charmers, sound of the call of prayer. Marrakesh is a stunning destination and can be a paradise for any photographer or designer’s lover.

For me the main feature of Marrakesh is the outstanding architecture. From tombs to Kasbah to riads to palaces… Let’s take a tour to the most fabulous places in this city.

ABOUT THE COURAGE BEING YOURSELF.

It’s so sad that self-awareness is a really rare thing. A lot of people are focused on creating a better themselves and forget they’ve been already created.

They observe lives of others and try to imitate the ‘’ideals’’ proposed by the beautiful and rich on instagram, facebook, snapchat,  etc. Sometimes it’s frustrating and destructive, because none of us has the power to create a ‘’new self’’, a new man. Is it not like this that we are looking for inspiration in other people’s lives, and we forget about ourselves? The fact that each of us is the greatest inspiration for himself. All we need is to know and like ourselves. Paradoxically, personal development is so simple and difficult at the same time.

SELF-AWARENESS

Most of us have trouble defining ourself. In our day routine, we forget to think about us. We take care about our environment, materialistic stuff, body snd health. There is no time, desire and awareness about how important is our soul.

Self-awareness can rebuild:

self-acceptance

Personal development of men is effectively inhibited and restrained from an early age. This makes that after some time we can increase difficulties to accept ourselves. Parents often forget that they have to accept the child as he is. Many times the kindergarten and the school use the old schemes that do not allow a child to be accepted as he is. This very young human being has to fit into schemes. Otherwise, there is a problem with the child of course, not with a scheme. Sure…

ATTITUDES & REASONS THAT CAN KILL PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

We compare with others.

We have excessive demands and expectations.

We do not know the strengths and weaknesses.

No freedom in making decisions and selecting actions.

No responsibility for decisions.

The system of punishment and reward. Seriously, is this necessary?

Frequent criticism, and building a sense of guilt.

Physical or psychological violence.

The idea that there are naughty children. Well, there aren’t any. Really!

Guided by the opinion of others and lack of individual approach. Schematic and stereotypical thinking. Using the unmatched individual guides.

LECTURE

To understand this issue better we recommend book ‘’Every Child is Highly Gifted’’, Gerald Hüther and Uli Hause. In this book neurobiologist Gerald Hüther explein how we waste natural talents of our kids.

The natural talents of our children and what we make of them Let’s put an end to the craze for trying to goad our children on! There is no such thing as a gene for intelligence or laziness. Every child comes into the world with very special gifts. Neuroscience can prove this. So let’s put an end to that notion of “gifted” that was so popular in the last century. This would mean less frustration and stress when bringing up children and, more than anything else, more opportunities for all our children.This is a book that relieves parents and schools of the worrying concentration on out-dated criteria for good achievements, and it offers an overdue perspective in a debate that has for years been getting nowhere. The subject is important, because it concerns most of us, not only parents and their kids. Understanding the reasons that can stop personal development is the first step for letting being yourself. ONE MONTH IN MOROCCO. WHAT WE THINK ABOUT THIS COUNTRY?

We spent 30 days in Morocco. We (me and husband) traveled with an 5 year old. It was an unforgettable trip. We had visited the beautiful country, we tried a new food, we got to know a different culture. We had experienced a lot and the memories will remain forever in my heart.

In this post I want to introduce you an overview of our expedition. I hope it will inspire someone who want to travel to this lovely country.

Kids are mavericks, dissidents, adventurers, outsiders and rebels, who ask questions, bend the rules and take risk. World needs this kind of person.

Parents can find so many methods for bringing up their children. For somebody Waldorf education is the best. For another family Montessori methods could help so much. There are so many ways to develop children’s creativity.

Internet inspirations offers a lot of ideas how to play creative games with kids. Let’s take a look at a couple of examples for creative games with my son.

One thing is certain: the child has a natural gift to create a new reality. He can find a unpredictable solution. There is a high probability that the talent has been stifled by cultural norms and school. But the good news is that the soul doesn’t have age, and somewhere inside everybody has unlimited potential to create a better reality. We all were a kid. We all have a huge potential.

Let yourself be inspired by maveric children’s’ behavior. Let kids to develop incredible potential.

A NEW LOOK FOR THE OLD DRAWER. DIY

Today I propose DIY – remaking of old drawers to the new shelf. Isn’t that better to transform the old stuff to new gadgets before we spend more money?

One day while on the way to my son’s kindergarten we saw an old drawer on top of neighbor’s garbage bin. We have decided to take it to the home. However, the process of painting was faster than the process of thinking (often I think after I do). That’s why I present only the effect of metamorphosis discarded drawer. Too bad that I forgot to take pictures before transformation. Below is the new container on my make-up stuff.

INTERIOR INSPIRATION #1 COZY AND CHIC STYLE SCANDINAVIAN APARTMENT

Today I present to you an apartment decorated in a Scandinavian style, which is located in an old house. I invite lovers large and bright space.

More and more I love the brightly decorated interior. Big windows give a lot of natural light. Scandinavians are masters of brightening the interior.

Let’s take a look of around Swedish apartment.

I like a large balcony with access from the bedroom and the fact that the apartment is sunny.

Corridor is characterized by minimalism, which, coupled in with the clear arrangement gives the effect of a large, clean atmosphere.

The walls and floors are in bright colors. This gives the free base for decoration.

The bedroom is bright, harmonious and kept in soft colors. Sunlight reflected in the white-colored, wooden floor.

Character of the flat is simple, clear, transparent. No unnecessary items and balcony window bring the power of freshness.

I hope that simplicity and classic of this apartment can inspire you. Scandinavian style, transparency and clear base can enlarge each apartment. White color as a base in arranging the space is not only a great primer for individual decorating. It also lets you brighten the interior on cloudy days and long winter evenings.

HOW TO PREPARE LUNCH IN 10 MINUTES. SIMPLE PASTA RECIPE

I like to spend a short time in the kitchen and at the same time I want to eat something tasty. At those moments, on our table arrive a simple dish – pasta with garlic and parsley.

The dish is really so simple and easy to make. The preparation needs only a few ingredient.

PASTA WITH GARLIC & PARSLEY

ingredients:

olive oil (tablespoon)

clove of garlic (crushed)

crushed chilli

pasta (cooked al dente)

parsley (finally chopped)

stark parmesan cheese (for sprinkling)

salt and pepper

preparation:

Throw on the hot oil: garlic and chilli and fry it about 1/2 minutes.

Add cooked pasta and mix all about one minute.

Add the parsley, salt and pepper.

Lined with a plate of pasta sprinkle with parmesan cheese and a few drops of olive oil.
