This special rose cake was for Elvis' mom's birthday. It is simply elegant and sophisticated, an ideal cake for a stunning and simple wedding. It is an angle food cake with butter cream frosting and strawberry mousse filling. Happy Birthday Mom!!
Baking is fun even on the road. I love sharing my fruit tarts with friends and family everywhere! These tarts were made with seasonal fruit. The tart from the Dominican Republic was made with mangos and bananas picked straight from my parent's trees in their yard.
This ladybug cake was for a baby shower. We created a mama ladybug with her new born covered by a leaf. The cupcakes were red velvet with buttercream frosting, topped with fondant flowers and M&M ladybugs.

This weekend we went all out for a special 2 year old. This Dominican Dulce de Leche, Yo Gabba cake for Lisander took us to new colorful highs!
Baptism Dove Cake: This is a baptism cake for siblings: Jayleen & Christian. This Dominican Dulce de Leche cake was specially designed for their special day. White on white fondant with iridescent quilted pattern and a circle and pearl boarder. A fondant sculpted dove with ribbon dedicates and finishes the cake.
