Hi all — Jessica here. I'm a freelance designer living in Los Angeles and coveter of all things visual. Graham and I met some time ago working on a photo shoot and have since been a sounding board for each other's creative ideas and inspirations. Whether it be photography, graphic design, architecture or product, our aesthetics tend to have a lot of crossover, so Graham invited me to jump on board here at Double Cuddle to add a little graphic spin to the mix. Starting today, I'll be stopping by every Wednesday to share with you a bit of what inspires me in the realm of graphic design — an area that occupies much of my days. Sam T. Schick & The Wandering Works Design Co. is a tightly knit collective of creatives based in Seattle, WA. They run the gamut from web design and print identities to interface design and brand collateral, and manage to do it all with finesse. What I'm particularly drawn to is the way their designs reference the past but are relevant for the present. Clean, unexpected, and a little quirky. Find out more here.
