looong ago I remember seeing headcanons that mikleo visits sorey in the centuries he’s sleeping and just sits next to the shining blue light, telling him the stories of where he’s explored, new things he saw, how much he misses him and wishes he could come back… Mikleo didn’t know if Sorey could hear him, but he still talked anyway.

and now here we are, Tales of Zestiria the X finale confirming that not only did Mikleo visit him multiple times, Sorey KNEW when he was there, was LISTENING to his voice every single time, and thanked him for it
